Հատկապես Հայաստանի ու Արցախի իշխող քաղաքական դասը պետք է իրեն հաշիվ տա այն բանում, որ եթե մինչ այդ հանդիպումը Ադրբեջանը ետ չքաշի իր ստորաբաժանումները քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում գրաված հայկական դիրքերից, ապա Ալիև-Սարգսյան հանդիպումն ընդամենը կոչված է լինելու միջազգային մակարդակում ամրագրել պաշտոնական Բաքվի կողմից ցանակացած պահի պատերազմը վերսկսելու իրավունքն ու կանխավ կտա այդօրինակ պահվածքի արդարացումը: ԼՂՀ և ԱՀ ԶՈՒ շփման գծում փոխվստահության ամրապնդման և պատերազմական գործողությունների կանխումն ապահովող արդյունավետ միջոցների ներդրման խնդրի շուրջ համանախագահներն այս փուլում խոսելիք ունեն բացառապես Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ և միմիայն վերջինիս կողմից այս հարցի կապակցությամբ հրապարակավ արտահայտած համաձայնության պարագայում և գրաված դիրքերից զորքերը ետ քաշելու դեպքում է, որ պարոն Սերժ Սարգսյանը, գուցե, իրավունք կստանա Հայաստանի անունից մասնակցել նմանօրինակ հանդիպման: Բավական է այլևս՝ հայ զինվորի թափած արյունը կեղտոտ առևտրի առարկա լինել չի կարող և այսօր իշխանության ղեկին կանգնած մարդկանց և բոլոր մնացյալներին մեր հասարակությունը հենց այդ պարզ ճշմարտությունն է, որ պետք է հասցնի: Բոլորն էլ շատ լավ են հասկանում, որ քառօրյա պատերազմում հակառակորդը չկարողացավ կոտրել մեր պաշտպանությունը բացառապես 18-20 տարեկան հայ ժամկետային զինծառայողների անձնվեր հայրենասիրության և արիության շնորհիվ, շնորհիվ այն բանի, որ այդ տղաներից ոմանք իրենց վրա պատասխանատվություն վերցրին կազմակերպելու պաշտպանական մարտերն իրենց ընկած հրամանատարների փոխարեն, իսկ Ակնա-Ասկերան ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական զինուժի հիմնական հարվածի կասեցումն էլ, կարծես, այլևս բանակային ծառայությունն ի պաշտոնե թողած գեներալ-պատգամավոր Վիտալի Բալասանյանի նախաձեռնողականության արդյունքն էր: Ոչ մեկի ներդրումը չեմ նսեմացնում և ոչ մեկին չեմ անտեսում այս բաներն ասելով, բայց իրերն իրենց անուններով կոչելը հրամայական անհրաժեշտություն է:
