Տավուշի մարզի Ոսկեվան սահմանամերձ գյուղի անվտանգության ամրապնդման նպատակով ոսկեվանցիների նախաձեռնությամբ կառուցվել է պաշտպանական կառուցվածք՝ բլինդաժ, որը հնարավորություն կտա ոչ միայն հակառակորդի կողմից պարբերաբար հրադադարի խախտումներից պաշտպանվել, այլև պաշտպանել կողքի գյուղերը:

Հրետանային կրակից և ռմբակոծությունից պաշտպանվելու համար կառուցվում է նաև ամուր ծածկով ապաստարան: Այս կարևորագույն գործը հնարավոր է եղել իրականացնել ոսկեվանցիների և զորամասի հրամանատարական անձնակազմի շնորհիվ: Դրանից բացի, կառուցվել է նաև դեպի բլինդաժ և ապաստարան տանող մոտավորապես 300 մետր երկարություն ունեցող ճանապարհ, որը նախկինում նույնպես չկար:

Ոսկեվանցի երիտասարդներից մեկը Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում, ներկայացնելով կատարված շինարարական աշխատանքները, նշեց, որ գյուղն իրականում պահում են այդ դիրքերը և այնտեղ սկսված աշխատանքն ավարտին հասցնելուց հետո իրենց և ևս մի քանի գյուղ ավելի անվտանգ կդառնան:

Ի դեպ, մեր զրուցակիցը չցանկացավ հրապարակել իր անունը՝ նշելով, որ այդ աշխատանքներն իրականացվել է համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ և բոլորի անունները թվարկելու կարիք չկա: Նա տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ իրենց նպատակը գյուղի հարակից դիրքը լավ ու ամուր պահելու հարցը կարգավորելն էր, որպեսզի անհրաժեշտության դեպքում էլ այն պատշաճ ծառայի գյուղն ամուր պահելուն:

Սա թերևս մեկ օրինակ է՝ արձանագրելու, թե իրականում Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ գյուղերում բնակվող երիտասարդներն ինչքան կառչած են իրենց հողին ու շենին: Ի տարբերություն իրենց հասակակից բազմաթիվ երիտասարդների, ովքեր առավոտից երեկո պարապ ու անգործ թրև գալուց բացի ուրիշ ոչինչ անել չեն ուզում, ոսկեվանցի երիտասարդներն իրենց վրա են վերցրել նաև գյուղին ու զինվորին օգնելու ու սատարելու գործը, որը պետք է, որ առանձնակի ուշադրության արժանանա թե՛ իրենց ավագների, թե՛ պետական մարմինների կողմից:
