Ալիևը չհանդուրժեց իրեն հասցված ապտակները Վիեննայում ու այս գիշեր փաստացի պատասխան ապտակ հասցրեց միջնորդներին։ Ես իհարկե հասկանում եմ, որ գիշերային փոխհրաձգությունների ու հրետակոծությունների մեջ ինքնին ոչ մի բացառիկ ու անսպասելի բան արդեն վաղուց չկա, բայց երբ ադրբեջանական կողմը դիմում է նման քայլի հենց այն միջոցին, երբ դեռ չեն հասցրել հավաքել նախագահների ու համանախագահների հանդիպման սենյակը, արդեն իսկ շատ խոսուն է։

Հիմա հարցերի հարցը․ քանի՞ գրոշ արժեն ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունները։ 0՝ եթե անմիջապես չհետևի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի սուր ու հասցեական քննադատությունը՝ կապված գիշերային մարտերի հետ։ Ի վերջո, մեր պահանջները չէին փոխվել, իսկ դատելով երեկվա հանդիպման արդյունքներից՝ դրանցից առնվազն երկուսն ընդունվել էին (վստահության մեխանիզմներ, հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման դեքերը ֆիքսող տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրում ու հասցեականություն)։ Ժամանակն է ապացուցել, որ դրանք գոնե ինչ որ կշիռ ունեն։
Ինչևէ, անիմաստ ու անհասցե բողոքելու փոխարեն, ավելի լավ կլինի, որ հասկանանք, թե ինչ հեռանկարներ է մեզ սպասվում։ Իմ համեստ կարծիքով, թե՛ մենք, թե՛ ադրբեջանցիները ժամանակ են շահում։ Ադրբեջացիները դա անում են, որովհետև կարևոր միջազգային միջոցառումներ ունեն նախանշված (Ֆորմուլա 1-ի մրցաշարը՝ որպես օրինակ), որոնց վրա թափված ջանքներն ու որոնցից ունեցած ակնկալիքները ի չիք կդառնան, եթե լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմական գործողություններ վերսկսեն։

Դե իսկ մերոնց էլ ժամանակ է պետք, որպեսզի վերջին տարիների ալան թալանի արդյունքում առաջացած խնդիրները անաղմուկ ու արագ վերացվեն, որ էդ անտեր տանկերի շարժիչները ճամփի կեսին չխփեն, բեռնատարներն էլ կանգնած չմնան, որովհետև մարտկոցները անսպասելիորեն անհետացել են։ Բացի դրանից, զենքերը գան հասնեն, որ ձեռք ենք բերել Ռուսաստանից և այլ տեղերից․․․ Ժամանակը հիմա մեր օգտին է աշխատում, բայց խոսքը մի քանի շաբաթների, կամ էլ ամիսների մասին է։ Դրանից այն կողմ, արդեն ի վնաս մեզ է աշխատելու։
