«Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը իր փորձով ապացուցեց, որ քրտնաջան աշխատանքի շնորհիվ հնարավոր է ընդամենը մեկ տասնամյակում փլատակների վերածված գործարանը միջազգային ստանդարտներին համապատասխանեցնել: Երևանի «Արարատ» կոնյակի-գինու-օղու կոմբինատի պատմությանը քիչ թե շատ ծանոթները, երևի թե կհիշեն, որ գործարանից մնացել էին մեղմ ասած պատերը, և միայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ջանքերի շնորհիվ է, որ այսօր Երևանի «Արարատ» կոնյակի, գինու, օղու կոմբինատը դասվում է աշխարհի ամենահեղինակավոր գործարանների շարքին:

Արդեն մի քանի տասնամյակ է, ինչ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը իր ողջ կապերն ու հնարավորությունները օգտագործում է Հայկական Արտադրանքը միջազգային շուկայում լավագույնս ներկայացնելու համար, ինչի շնորհիվ ճանաչելի են դառնում թե Հայկական արտադրության ապրանքատեսակները, թե Հայաստանն առհասարակ: Իսկ արդեն այսօր վերը նշված գործարանը ներկայանում է աշխարհին «Նոյ 30» և «Նոյ 50» տարի հնեցմամբ բացառիկ կոնյակներով,որոնց շնորհիվ միջազգային շուկայում հայկական կոնյակի դերը էլ ավելի կբարձրանա:

Մի շարք ապրանքատեսակներ, որոնք հնարավոր է տեղում արտադրել՝ աշխատատեղեր ստեղծելով մեր հայրենակիցների համար, առ այսօր ներկրվում են արտերկրից: Երևի թե ներկրողները սեփական շահը պետականից շատ են գերադասում, քանզի մտածում են գործարաններ հիմնելու փոխարեն այլ երկրների արտադրածը սեփական ժողովրդի վրա գերշահույթով վերավաճառելու մասին, իսկ Հայաստանի տնտեսական ծանր վիճակի և ահագնացող թվերի հասնող արտագաղթի ցուցանիշը հենց սեփական արտադրանք չունենալու արդյունք է»:
