Արցախ մայիսի 18-ին ժամանած Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության Բունդեսթագի պատգամավորներ Ուլլա Ելպքեն և Համբուրգի խորհրդարանի պատգամավորներ Մարտին Դոլցերն ու Հասան Բուրգուջօղլին ԼՂՀ ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ, Արցախի Հանրապետություն-Եվրախորհրդարան բարեկամական խմբի ղեկավար Վահրամ Բալայանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել են Ստեփանակերտի հուշահամալիր և ծաղիկներ խոնարհել զոհված ազատամարտիկների շիրմաքարերին, ինչպես նաև Հայրենական Մեծ պատերազմի ու Ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված հուշարձաններին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, եվրոպացի պատգամավորներին այնուհետև ընդունել է  ԼՂՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Վահրամ Բալայանը և արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արզիկ Մխիթարյանը:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը բարձր է գնահատել Գերմանայից ժամանած պատգամավորների՝ Արցախում հանդիպումներ ունենալու որոշումը և նշել, որ այդպիսի այցելությունները և մտքերի փոխանակումը, հատկապես այս օրերին, շատ կարևոր են տարածաշրջանում կայունության ապահովման և  խաղաղության հաստատման ուղիների որոնման տեսանկյունից:

«Մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է, որ Գերմանիայի քաղաքական մտածողության մեջ հավաստի տեղեկատվություն լինի Արցախի մասին, քանի որ Մինսկի խմբի անդամ և ԵԱՀԿ նախագահությունը ստանձնած երկիրը իրատեսական գնահատական պետք է ունենա վերջինիրադարձությունների մասին»,- ասել է Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:

Բունդեսթագի պատգամավոր Ուլլա Ելպքեն, երախտագիտություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար, խոսել է հունիսի 2-ին Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչմանն ուղղված բանաձևի քննարկման մասին և հույս հայտնել, որ դրա ընդունումը կարող է ազդանշան լինել ղարաբաղյան  կարգավորման հարցում Գերմանիայում նոր տեսակետների և կողմնորոշումների ձևավորման համար:

«Ղարաբաղյան խնդրի կարգավորման հարցում մենք այլ ճանապարհ, քան խաղաղ բանակցային լուծումն է, չենք տեսնում»,- նշել է Ուլլա Ելպքեն:

Խորհրդարանականների խնդրանքով Աշոտ Ղուլյանն անդրադարձել է նաև ապրիլին Ադրբեջանի նախաձեռնած ագրեսիային, նշելով, որ այն նոր ցեղասպանություն իրականացնելու հերթական փորձ էր, որ կանխվել է Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի կողմից:

«Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման բանաձևի ընդունումն արժանի պատասխան կլինի անպատժելիության զգացում ապրող այն ուժերին, որոնք ցանկանում են Արցախի Հանրապետության հանդեպ ռազմական գործողությունների միջոցով խնդիրներ լուծել»,- ընդգծել է խորհրդարանի նախագահը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Համբուրգի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Մարտին Դոլցերը  կարևորել է Թուրքիայի և Գերմանիայի ռազմական համագործակցության դեմ Դաշնությունում սկիզբ առած շարժումը, նշելով, որ պատմական հիշողությունը պետք է դաս լինի նոր սխալներ թույլ չտալու համար:

Համբուրգի պատգամավոր, ազգությամբ թուրք Հասան Բուրգուջօղլուն Ղարաբաղի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ճանաչումն հիմնավորված է գնահատել:
 
«Ես իմ պարտքն եմ համարում այդ խնդրի լուսաբանումն ու տեղեկատվության սփռումը»,-նշել է խորհրդարանականը:

Այնուհետև կողմերը քննարկել են ներկայիս աշխարհաքաղաքական և տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներին վերաբերող հարցեր:

Խորհրդարանականներին Արցախում ուղեկցում են ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Շիրակ Թորոսյանը և վերլուծաբան Սարգիս Հացպանյանը:
