Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը կարևոր է համարում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ-երկրների կողմից արագացված սխեմայով Վիետնամի հետ ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագրի վավերացումը:

Այս մասին Մեդվեդևը հայտարարեց Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի ընդլայնված նիստի ժամանակ` անդրադ առնալով երրորդ երկրների և միջազգային տնտեսական միությունների հետ համագործակցությունը խորացնելու անհրաժեշտությանը: Այս համատեքստում նա խոսեց Չինաստանի հետ առևտրատնտեսական կապերը ծավալելու մասին` նշելով, որ վարչապետների նեղ կազմով քննարկման ժամանակ համաձայնեցրել են Չինաստանի հետ բանակցությունների ուղեցույցը:

Անդրադառնալով ԵԱՏՄ ներքին հարցերին` Մեդվեդևը նկատեց, որ իրենց ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պայմանագրային բազայի ամրապնդումը, չորս ազատությունների` կապիտալի, ապրանքների, ծառայությունների, աշխատուժի շարժի լիակատար ապահովումը, այն խոչընդոտների հաղթահարումը, որոնք առաջանում են ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացում, ինչպես նաև տնտեսության առանցքային սեկտորներում միասնական շուկաներ ձևավորելու հարցերը:  «Անկասկած Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության կարևոր հարցերից է Մաքսային օրենսգրքի ընդունումը, որի համաձայնեցումը ձգձգվում է: Մենք եկել ենք արաÕ £ կերպով այն կատարելու համաձայնությանը: Սկզբունքորեն այսօր մենք կարող ենք ֆիքսել վերջնական ամսաթիվ այդ կարևոր փաստաթղթի ընդունման համար»,-ասաց ՌԴ վարչապետը: Նրա խոսքով` օրենսգիրքը կմիասնականացնի ու կհեշտացնի մաքսային ձևակերպման գործընթացը` այն դարձնելով կանխատեսելի բիզնես հանրության համար: 
Անդրադառնալով Նավթի ու նավթամթերի միասնական շուկայի ձևավորմանը` Մեդվեդևը նշեց, որ այդ հարցը ևս քննարկել են նեղ շրջանակում ու անհրաժեշտ են համարում կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում` մինչև 2025 թվականը, ունենալ միասնական շուկա` աշխատանքի հասկանալի կա նոններով ու սկզբունքներով: 

Բացի այդ` նիստի մասնակիցները ծրագրում են ստորագրել մի շարք համաձայնագրեր` ծառայողական ու քաղաքացիական զենքի տեղաշարժի վերաբերյալ:

«Չափազանց կարևոր է այդ ռեժիմի միասնականացումը, որպեսզի ովքեր կապ ունեն այդ խնդրի հետ, իրենց զգան միասնական իրավական դաշտում»,-հավելեց Մեդվեդևը:

ՌԴ վարչապետը հույս հայտնեց, որ միջնաժամկետ հեռանկարում հնարավոր կլինի ընդլայնել բոլոր տեսակի փոխգործակցությունները, այդ թվում` ներդրումները տնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերում, ադյունաբերական նոր ոլորտներում համագործակցության ամրապնդումը:
