Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը 2015-ի վերջին կազմել է 2 տրլն 457 մլրդ դրամ

Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը 2015-ի վերջին կազմել է 2 տրլն 457 մլրդ դրամ կամ 5 մլրդ 79 մլն դոլար, որից կառավարության պարտքը կազմում է 2 տրլն 226 մլրդ դրամ կամ 4 մլրդ 602 մլն դոլար։ Այս մասին մայիսի 23-ին՝ խորհրդարանում 2015-ի պետբյուջեի կատարողականի քննարկման ժամանակ, ասել է ֆինանսների փոխնախարար, գլխավոր գանձնապետ Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանը։

Արտաքին պարտքը կազմում է 4 մլրդ 317 մլն դոլար, իսկ ներքին պարտքը՝ 761 մլն դոլար։

Ընդ որում, Հայաստանի պարտքի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը գնահատվում է որպես ցածր, ասել է փոխնախարարը։ Այսպես՝ արտաքին պարտքի նկատմամաբ ՀՆԱ հարաբերակցությունը 2015-ի վերջին կազմել է 41 տոկոս, իսկ 50 տոկոսից պակասն արդեն ցածր է համարվում։

«Բյուջեի եկամուտների նկատմամաբ արտաքին պարտքի սպասարկման միջին ընդունելի հարաբերակցությունը աշխարհում 22.5 տոկոս է, իսկ Հայաստանում՝ 16 տոկոս»,- ասել է փոխնախարարը։

Զուտ պետական պարտքը ՀՆԱ-ի նկատմամաբ կազմել է 34 տոկոս, մինչդեռ ցածր է համարվում 48 տոկոսը։

Հայաստանում արտահանման նկատմամբ պետական պարտքի հարաբերակցությունը կազմում է 138 տոկոս, իսկ շեմը՝ 165 տոկոսն է։

Արտահանման նկատմամաբ արտաքին պարտքի սպասարկման հարաբերակցությունը 2015-ին կազմել է 12 տոկոս (ցածր է համարվում 18 տոկոսից պակասը)։ Արտահանման նկատմամաբ արտաքին պարտքի տոկոսների հարաբերակցությունը 3 տոկոս է (շեմը՝ 12 տոկոս)։
