ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը մայիսի 24-ին ընդունել է ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Քրիստիան Վիգենինին:

Հանդիպմանը ներկա էր նաեւ ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ում ՀՀ ԱԺ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Արտաշես Գեղամյանը: Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի կարգավորմանգործընթացին, տարածաշրջանային խնդիրներին, Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն հարաբերություններին, Հայաստանում իրականացված սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների ընթացքին, Հայաստան-Բուլղարիա միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերություններին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի աշխատակազմից, ողջունելով հյուրին՝ Արտակ Զաքարյանն անդրադարձել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացին, խոսել հակամարտության ներկա իրավիճակի մասին: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահն անընդունելի է համարել խնդրի ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծումը եւ նշել, որ Հայաստանը խաղաղության կողմնակից է:

«Հայաստանը, շատ լավ հասկանալով, որ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության պատասխանատուն է, հնարավոր ամեն ինչ անում է, որխնդիրն ունենա խաղաղ կարգավորում»,- ասել է Արտակ Զաքարյանը:

Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը հյուրի խնդրանքով անդրադարձել է տարածաշրջանային խնդիրներին, Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն հարաբերություններին, ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում իրականացված սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների ընթացքը, նաեւ՝ խոսել ընտրական գործընթացում կատարվող փոփոխությունների եւ նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքի շուրջ գոյություն ունեցող տեսակետների մասին:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Քրիստիան Վիգենինը նշել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ն կարեւորում է ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ լուծումը եւ պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել իր գործունեության ընթացքում նպաստել ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ միջնորդական ջանքերին:

Զրուցակիցները խոսել են նաեւ Հայաստան-Բուլղարիա միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերություններից, կարեւորել երկու երկրների օրենսդիր մարմինների հանձնաժողովների միջեւ համագործակցության զարգացումը:

Քննարկման ընթացքում կարեւորվել են նաեւ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում ԵԱՀԿ մշտադիտարկման լիազորությունների եւ կարողությունների ավելացման, հրադադարի կայուն ռեժիմի պահպանման, ինչպես նաեւ հրադադարի խախտման յուրաքանչյուր դեպքի մանրամասն հետաքննության մեխանիզմների իրագործումը:
