 Նավթի համաշխարհային գների մոտ երեք անգամ անկումը խորը տնտեսական ճգնաժամում հայտնված Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերությանը` SOCAR-ին հարկադրել է անցնել խնայողական ռեժիմի` կրճատելով ոչ միայն ձեռնարկություններում աշխտողների հաստիքները, այլ նաեւ փակելով արտասահմանյան երկրներում իր գրասենյակները:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Շվեյցարիայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Աքրամ Զեյնալըն այդ երկրում հրապարակվող ռուսալեզու «Նաշա գազետա» թերթին տված հարցազրույցում այդ առնչությամբ հայտնել է, որ SOCAR-ն արդեն փակել է Շվեյցարիայում իր գրասենյակը:

Նա խոստովանել է, որ նավթի գնանկման պատճառով հարկադրված են եղել վերանայել տարբեր երկրներում SOCAR-ի ներկայացուցչությունների քաղաքականությունը:

«Հաշվի առնելով, որ SOCAR-ը Շվեյցարիայում ներկայացված է երեք տարբեր կազմավորումներով` պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչությամբ, ինչպես նաեւ SOCAR Trading եւ SOCAR Energy Switzerland ընկերություններով, որոշվել է փակել Ժնեւում SOCAR-ի ներկայացուցչությունը», -ասել է ադրբեջանցի դեսպանը` նշելով, որ SOCAR Energy Switzerland-ը մոտ 160 բենզալցակայաններ ունի Շվեյցարիայում:

Միջազգային վարկանիշային Moody`s գործակալությունը Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերության` SOCAR-ի CFR (Corporate Family Rating) վարկանիշը` էմիտենտի սեփական պարտավորությունները կատարելու ունակությունը հաստատել է Ba1 մակարդակի: SOCAR-ի SUR (Senior Unsecured Rating) վարկանիշը (խոշոր պարտքային պարտավորությունները) եւ դեֆոլտի հավանականության գծով վարկանիշը եւս Ba1 մակարդակի վրա է, ինչը նշանակում է, որ SOCAR-ի վարկանիշների գծով կանխատեսումը նեգատիվ է: SOCAR-ը հանդիսանում է Ադրբեջանի խոշոր գործատուն եւ հարկատուն:

Moody`s-ը գտնում է, որ նավթի գների ցածր լինելը շարունակելու է բացասական ազդեցություն ունենալ Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերության եկամուտների վրա: Դրան զուգահեռ, SOCAR-ը կարող է երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում արդյունահանման ծավալների հետ կապված բախվել որոշակի խնդիրների:

SOCAR-ի պաշտոնյաները հայտնել են, որ 2015 թվականը փակել են վնասով, քանի որ նավթի գնանկումից հետո, ծախսերի համեմատ, եկամուտները խիստ նվազել են: Ավելին` SOCAR-ի փոխնախագահ Սուլեյման Գասըմովը հայտարարել էր, որ ընկերության պարտքերն անցնում են 6 մլրդ դոլարից:
