Այսօր ԱԺ-ում 2015 թվականի բյուջեի կատարողականի քննարկման ժամանակ ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանին ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լյուդմիլա Սարգսյանը հարց ուղղեց, որը վերաբերում էր ապրիլի սկզբին քառօրյա պատերազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին տրամադրվող դրամական հատկացումներին: Հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Ա. Ասատրյանը նշեց, որ այդ օրերին ստեղծվել էր համապատասխան աշխատանքային խումբ, որը համապատասխան աշխատանքներ է իրականացրել այդ ուղղությամբ:

«Մեծ թիվ կազմեցին նաեւ մեր անհատ քաղաքացիների, կազմակերպությունների կողմից ինքնաբուխ օգնության տրամադրման աշխատանքները, որոնք եւս իրենց նպաստը բերեցին այս խնդիրների կարգավորմանը: Ինչ վերաբերում է պետական, ինստիտուցիոնալ խնդիրների` պետական մակարդակով լուծումներին, մենք հիմա արդեն մի շարք օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններ ունենք, դրանց մի մասն առաջիկայում կառավարությունը կհաստատի»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Հղում կատարելով օրենսդրությանը՝ Ա. Ասատրյանը հիշեցրեց, որ օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված կարգով զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին տրամադրվում են շուրջ չորս միլիոն դրամի ապահովագրական վճարներ, դրանք հուղարկավորությունը կազմակերպելու եւ հետագա ծախսերին են վերաբերում:

«Կառավարության համապատասխան որոշման ընդունման դեպքում նախատեսվում է հատկացումներ կատարել նաեւ կամավորականների ընտանիքներին: Իմ ղեկավարած գերատեսչությունը եւ ՊՆ-ն պարբերաբար իրականացնում են համապատասխան քննարկումներ այդ թեմաների առնչությամբ: Բացի միանվագ վճարումներից, կլինեն նաեւ պարբերական վճարումներ»,- ասաց նա:

Ա. Ասատրյանը տեղեկացրեց նաեւ, որ միջին հաշվով երեք հոգանոց ընտանիքին կհատկացվի կենսաթոշակ, պարգեւավճարներ եւ այլն: Շուրջ 150-180 հազար դրամ հատկացում կլինի, բայց դա էլ փոփոխության կենթարկվի` կապված այն բանի հետ, թե ինչ զինծառայող է` սպայական կազմի՞ց է, թե՞ ոչ:
