Թուրքիան խոչընդոտ է Վրաստանի համար ԵՄ կողմից վիզայի ազատականացման հարցում

Ալիկ Էրոյանցը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ԵՄ անդամ երկրների մշտական ներկայացուցիչների կոմիտեն (COREPER) մերժել է Վրաստանին վիզայի ազատականացումը սահմանելու որոշումը: Այդ մասին հայտնի դարձավ երկու օր առաջ: Վերջին ամիսներին բավականին ակտիվացած այս թեման դարձել էր Վրաստանի գործող իշխանությունների համար՝ որպես իրենց գործունեության հաղթանակ ներկայացնելու գլխավոր խաղաքարտը: Սակայն վերոնշյալ իրադարձությունը լայն քննարկումների առարկա է դարձել Վրաստանում, ինչպես քաղաքական, այնպես էլ՝ հասարակական մյուս շերտերի շրջանում: Թեև առավել լավատեսները կարծում են, որ այս պահին դեռևս ոչինչ չի ավարտվել, և հարցը վերջնականապես կորոշվի մինչև հունիսի 10-ը, այդուհանդերձ հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչու են հապաղում եվրոպացիք Վրաստանին մատուցել այդքան սպասված ՛՛ազատականացումը՛՛:

Գուցե խնդիրը կապված է ԵՄ առջև ծառացած ՛՛միգրացիոն՛՛ մարտահրավերների հետ, բայց ակնհայտ է մի բան, որ Վրաստանի համար վիզային ռեժիմը վերացնելու որոշման դրական կամ բացասական ելքն ընդգրկված էր Թուրքիայի նույն հարցի հետ ընդհանուր փաթեթում, և նման իրավիճակում բացառելի չէ, գուցե նաև՝ իրողություն, որ թուրքական գործոնն է դեր խաղացել Վրաստանին այդչափ կարևոր արտոնություն տալու հարցում ԵՄ կողմից ՛՛արգելակներ՛՛ աշխատացնելու փաստը:
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Անկարան բացահայտ քննադատում է ԵՄ-ին Թուրքիայի համար վիզայի ազատականացումն իրականություն չդարձնելու պատճոռով՝ հրաժարվելով քայլեր ձեռնարկել միգրացիոն համաձայնագրի ուղղությամբ, մինչև Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների համար չեղյալ չի հայտարարվել ԵՄ մուտքի վիզային ռեժիմը:
Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Ա.Մերկելն իր հերթին անհանգստություն է հայտնել Թուրքիայում տեղի ունեցած մի շարք իրադարձությունների հետ կապված՝ մասնավորապես ընդգծեով քրդերի հետ հաշտեցման գործընթացը խախտելու փաստը:

Հ.Գ. Բոլոր դեպքերում մինչև տարվա վերջ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Վրաստանը կստանա դրական պատասխան և այդ երկրի քաղաքացիներն ազատորեն կարող են մեկնել ՛՛Շենգենյան երկրներ՛՛՝ առանց՝ անձնագրում համապատասխան վիզային կնիքի: Իսկ մինչ այդ Թուրքիային վիզայից չազատելու շրջանակներում կամ պատճառով զրկանքներ է կրում հենց Վրաստանը:
