ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մայիսի 26-ին ընդունել է հայկական երկաթուղու հավատարմագրային կառավարումն ստանձնած «Ռուսական երկաթուղիներ» ԲԲԸ նախագահ Օլեգ Բելոզյորովին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Նախագահը ողջունել է հյուրին և ընդգծել, որ Հայաստանը տրանսպորտի բնագավառում համագործակցության զարգացումը համարում է որպես հայ-ռուսական ռազմավարական հարաբերությունների կարևոր բաղկացուցիչ: Հենց այս համատեքստում է, ըստ Հանրապետության Նախագահի, դիտարկվում փոխգործակցությունը «Ռուսական երկաթուղիներ» ընկերության հետ:

Օլեգ Բելոզյորովը ՀՀ Նախագահին զեկուցել է իր պաշտոնավարման ոչ այնքան երկար ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանի երկաթուղային ենթակառուցվածքի բարելավման ուղղությամբ կոնցեսիոն պայմանագրով նախատեսված աշխատանքների իրականացման ընթացքի, երկաթուղիների կառավարման արդյունավետության բարձրացման գործում արձանագրված ցուցանիշների, ինչպես նաև դեռևս առկա խնդիրների ու «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ընկերության գործունեության հիմնական ուղղություններով առաջիկայում նախատեսված ծրագրերի մասին:

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են հայկական երկաթուղու արդիականացման, տեխնիկական վերազինման, անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացման ուղղությամբ մինչ այժմ իրականացված աշխատանքներին, քննարկել ընթացիկ ծրագրերը, առկա խնդիրների լուծման հնարավորություններն ու զարգացման հեռանկարները:
