ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարին կից հասարակական խորհրդի նիստում քննարկվեցին Հայրենիք- Սփյուռք կապերին առնչվող խնդիրներ

ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման համաձայն՝ այսուհետ բոլոր նախարարություններին և նախարարներին կից գործելու է հասարակական խորհուրդ, որի նպատակն է առավել տեսանելի դարձնել կառավարության գործունեությունը՝ հասարակության հետ կապերի ամրացման, զարգացման առումով: Այդ մասին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարին կից հասարակական խորհրդի 2016 թ. մայիսի 26-ի նիստի ընթացքում հայտնեց ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը:

«Սփյուռքն ունի իր առանձնահատկությունները, քանի որ մերկապերը չեն սահմանափակվում Հայաստանով, այլև գործում ենսփյուռքում: Այդպիսով, մեր գործընկները հենց սփյուռքում ավելիշատ են, քան Հայաստանում»,-  հայտնեց Հակոբյանը: ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի խոսքով՝ նիստեր պետք է գումարվեն յուրաքանչյուր երեք ամիսը մեկ՝ քննարկելու հայրենիք-սփյուռք թեմային առնչվող խնդիրները:

Կառավարության որոշման համաձայն՝ համահայկական կառույցներին համապատասխան հայտարարություններ և առաջարկություններ են ներկայացվել, և  խորհուրդը ձևավորելիս աշխատանք է անցկացվել 23 կազմակերպությունների հետ: Հաստատվել է 19 կառույց, որոնց մեջ են մտնում  համահայկական կազմակերպություններ,զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներ, հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, հիմնադրամներ ու անհատներ արվեստի ոլորտից: Նախատեսվում է, որ խորհուրդը բաղկացած կլինի մինչև 39 անդամից: Կազմակերպությունները կարող են ցանկացած ժամանակ փոխել իրենց ներկայացուցիչներին:

ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Ֆիրդուս Զաքարյանը ներկայացրեց խորհրդի աշխատակարգի հայտերը: Խորհրդի նախագահն է ՀՀ սփուռքի նախարարը: Խորհուրդն իր աշխատանքներն իրականացվում է դռնբաց նիստերի միջոցով: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում արտահերթ նիստ կարող է հրավիրվել խորհրդի նախագահի կամ խորդրի անդամների կեսի նախաձեռնությամբ:

Նիստի ընթացքում ներկայացվել են նաև ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության 2016 թ. հիմնական ծրագրերն ու սիրիահայերի հետ տարվող աշխատանքները:
