 ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի շ նորհավորական ուղերձում ասվում է.

«Սիրելի՛ երեխաներ եւ ծնողներ, շնորհավորում եմ Երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ:

Երեխայի դերն ու նշանակությունը պետության համար նույնն է, ինչ յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի համար: Այդ դերն ու կարեւորությունը չարժեւորելը, զարգացմանը չնպաստելը կնշանակի չմտածել ու քայլեր չձեռնարկել երկրի առաջընթացի համար: Խաղաղ ու ապահով մանկության, վստահելի ապագայի հուսալի գրավականը խաղաղություն արարող եւ այն պաշտպանել կարողացող, իր քաղաքացիների բարեկեցությունը անբեկանելի նպատակակետ համարող պետությունն է:

Երեխայի ծնունդով ավելի է ամրապնդվում օջախի հիմքը, ավելի տեսանելի դառնում նրա ապագան, ավելանում սերն ու ջերմությունը տան պատերի ներսում եւ ընտանիքի անդամների մեջ: Այդպես է նաեւ պետության պարագայում, երբ յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի ծնունդ նշանակում է պետության ներուժի ավելացում, եւս մեկ հուսալի երաշխիք նրա հիմքի ամրության համար, եւս մեկ ամուր քար նրա բարձրացող պատի վրա, նրա խաղաղության եւս մեկ պաշտպան, եւս մեկ հենարան այդ պաշտպանի թիկունքին:

Քանի որ պետությունը բոլորս ենք, եւ պետությունը բոլորինս է, մեր երկրում ծնված եւ մեծացող յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի ճակատագիրը, նրա ներկան ու ապագան պետք է մտահոգեն բոլորիս` թե՛ պետական կառույցներին, թե՛ քաղաքացիներիս. բոլորիս պարտքը պետք է լինի յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ու նրան կայանալու, դրսեւորվելու հնարավորությունների ընձեռումը, նրան առաջնորդելը եւ ուղեկցելը: Եւ այս ամենը` անպայման սիրով ու ջերմությամբ, որովհետեւ յուրաքանչյուր երեխա մեր երկրի վաղվա օրն է, իսկ հայրենիքն առանց սիրո եւ ջերմության հայրենիք չէ:

Եւս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով Երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ` բարեմաղթանքներս եմ հղում Հայաստանի բոլոր երեխաներին, Արցախի եւ Սփյուռքի մեր փոքրիկ հայրենակիցներին: Թող խաղաղությունն ու հաջողությունը լինեն նրանց ճակատագրերի անբաժան ուղեկիցները»:
