ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանի միջազգային իրավունքի փորձագետ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը կարևորում է այն հանգամանքը, որ Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագը վերջապես իրավական փաստաթղթի միջոցով հստակ գնահատական տվեց 101 տարի առաջ Օսմանյան Կայսրությունում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններին՝ հայերի կոտորածները որակելով որպես ցեղասպանություն: Հունիսի 4-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանն ընդգծեց, որ ինչ-որ առումով սա պատասխան էր նաև Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի կասկածամիտ դիրքորոշմանը Փերինչեքի գործով, որն արտահայտվել էր դեռևս մինչև Մեծ պալատի որոշումը, որում կասկածի տակ էր դրվում Հայոց ցեղասպանության եղելության փաստը:«Գերմանիայի կողմից Հայոցցեղասպանության ճանաչմամբ աճում էցեղասպանության ճանաչմանաշխարհագրությունը, ինչը լուրջ գործոն է եվրոպական մայրցամաքում ճանաչման գործընթացն ավելի ծավալելուհամար»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց փորձագետը:

Նա կարևորեց նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ Բունդեսթագի ընդունած բանաձևում խոսվում է նաև Գերմանիայի պատասխանատվության մասին: «Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանն ասաց, որ իրենք պատասխանատու են այնքանով, որքանով համապատասխան գործողություններ չեն ձեռնարկել, երբ, ըստ էության պարտավոր էին ձեռնարկել: Կարևորում եմ նաև այն, որ բանաձևում խոսք է գնում ոչ միայն հայերի, այլ նաև այլ քրիստոնյա ազգերի ցեղասպանության մասին»,- ընդգծեց Վարդանյանը:

Նա հավելեց նաև, որ իր համար ինչ-որ առումով անակնկալ է եղել, որ Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագը ճանաչել ու դատապարտել է Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: «Գերմանիան այն պետությունը չէր, որ ուներ հստակ ընդգծված հայանպաստ դիրքորոշում, և այս ընդունումն ինչ-որ առումով անակնկալ էր մեզ համար: Անակնկալ էր նաև այն, որ շատ համերաշխ դիրքորոշում ներկայացրին Բունդեսթագում տարբեր խմբակցությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, ինչն աննախադեպ էր, քանի որ Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանը շատ բարդ խորհրդարան է, որտեղ տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ շատ լուրջ քննարկումներ են ծավալվում»,- ասաց փորձագետը:

Նա նաև կարծիք հայտնեց, որ Բունդեսթագի ընդունած բանաձևը Թուրքիայի վրա իրավական հետևանքներ չի ունենա, սակայն նկատեց, որ աշխարհի ամենահզոր պետություններից մեկի խորհրդարանը պաշտոնապես ճանաչել և դատապարտել է Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, ինչի հետ հարկավոր է հաշվի նստել:
