Այսօր ԱԺ-ում՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը, անդրադառնալով ՀՕՊ միասնական համակարգ ստեղծելու գաղափարին, նշեց, որ դրական է վերաբերվում գաղափարին, սակայն դա չի ենթադրում, որ մեր երկրի հարցերը պետք է ուրիշները լուծեն:

Վ. Բաղդասարյանը հիշեցրեց, որ թեև ցանկացած համաձայնագրի հետ կապված ակնկալիքները միշտ շատ են լինում, միևնույն է, կան քաղաքական գործընթացներ և շահեր: «Կան քաղաքական շահեր, որոնց, բնականաբար, պետք է ուշադիր հետևենք և որևէ երկրից մենք մեծ ակնկալիքներ չպետք է ունենանք: Բազմիցս ենք ասել, որ մեր հույսը միշտ պետք է դնենք մեզ վրա, սակայն պետք է աշխատենք տարբեր համաձայնագրերի շրջանակներում համագործակցել տարբեր երկրների հետ: Ակնկալիքները, որ մեր ճակատագիրն իրենք պետք է որոշեն, դրան կողմնակից չենք, բայց մի բան պետք է նշեմ՝ մենք միշտ հավատարիմ ենք մնում այն ընտանիքներին, որոնց հետ համագործակցում ենք և հորդորում ենք բոլոր երկրներին, որ ցանկացած համաձայնագրի շրջանակում նրանք նույնպես հավատարիմ մնան իրենց ստորագրությանը»,- ասաց նա:

Պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե հնարավո՞ր է, որ այս համաձայնագիրն էլ արժանանա ՀԱՊԿ-ի ճակատագրին` հաշվի առնելով այն, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն ապրիլյան գործողությունների ժամանակ հասցեական գնահատականներ չտվեց, Բաղդասարյանը պատասխանեց, որ այս ընթացքում որևէ եզրակացություն պետք չէ անել: «Սպասենք քաղաքական զարգացումներին: Այն, ինչ պահանջվում էր մեր դիվանագիտական կորպուսից, մենք կատարել ու կատարում ենք և մեր դիվիդենդները լուրջ են: Եթե այս հանդիպումները վերածվեն բանակցությունների, ապա մենք լուրջ դիվիդենդներ կօգտագործենք: Սա տարբերվում է բոլոր տիպի հանդիպումներից, քանի որ կա քաղաքական կամք խնդրի կարգավորման և լուծման համար: Մեր հակառակորդն անկանխատեսելի է, և այս տարիների ընթացում ականատես չենք եղել մի դեպքի, որ նա իր տված խոստումները պահի: Եթե ևս մեկ անգամ նման բան լինի, ապա պետք է հասցեական լինեն գնահատականները, դրա շրջանակներում պետք է մեզ հետ համագործակցող ընկերները մեզ օգնեն և հանրությանը տեղյակ պահեն, թե ով է ագրեսոր երկիրը»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:
