Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև միավորված հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգ ձևավորելու համաձայնագրին: Ազգային ժողովում կայացած ասուլիսի ընթացքում, անդրադառնալով համաձայնագրի հետ կապված տարաբնույթ խոսակցություններին և եզրակացություններին, Նաղդալյանն ընդգծեց, որ դա մասնագիտական հարց է և պետք չէ դրա հետ կապված դատողություններ անել քաղաքական, պատգամավորական կամ լրագրողական մտածելակերպով: «Սա շատ խորը մասնագիտական հարց է, և ես չեմ կարծում, որ մեր ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը նման հարցադրումները, բերելով հասցնելով խորհրդարան, մինչ այդ խորքային վերլուծության չի ենթարկել և խորը համոզմունք չունի այն մասին, որ նման լուծումը իսկապես օգտակար է Հայաստանի համար ռազմական խնդիրների լուծման իմաստով»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:

Նաղդալյանը հավելեց, որ չի կասկածում որևէ մեկի հայրենասիրության վրա, բայց ընդգծեց, որ յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է իր գործն անի ու խորանա իր մասնագիտության մեջ: «Ես չեմ կարծում, որ մեր ռազմաքաղաքական ոլորտի ղեկավարները, ովքեր նման համաձայնագրերը նախաձեռնում են, բերում են խորհրդարան, խորապես չեն վերլուծել և խորապես վստահ չեն նրանում, որ սա հենց այն քայլն է, որը պետք է կատարել»,- ընդգծեց Նաղդալյանը:

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ խորհրդարանն ունի ոլորտային հանձնաժողովներ, որոնք քննարկում են կոնկրետ ոլորտների վերաբերյալ հարցեր, իսկ այդ հանձնաժողովների նիստերին մասնակցում են տվյալ ոլորտին ավելի մոտ գտնվող պատգամավորներ: «Նրանք կարողանում են նաև մասնագիտական առումով քննարկել և իրենց կարծիքները հայտնել: Այս քննարկումները բերում են նրան, որ խորհրդարանը ևս կարողանում է ճիշտ և բազմակողմանի քննարկման արդյունքում դիքորոշում ունենալ»,- եզրափակեց Նաղդալյանը:
