ԱՀԿ-ն հաստատել է Հայաստաում, Բելառուսում և Մոլդովայում գրանցված առաջընթացը

ՄԱԿ-ի գործակալությունները շնորհավորում են Հայաստանին, Բելառուսին, ինչպես նաև Մոլդովային ՄԻԱՎ-ի և սիֆիլիսի՝ մորից երեխային փոխանցման վերացման կապակցությամբ:

Նյու Յորքում կայացած արարողության ընթացքում այս մասին հաստատող վկայականներ են հանձնվել ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի բարձրաստիճան խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցող այդ երեք եվրոպական երկրների առողջապահության նախարարներին:

«Երեխաների առողջ ծնունդ ապահովել՝ նշանակում է կյանքի հնարավորինս լավ սկիզբ տալ նրանց: Չափազանց հուսադրող է տեսնել, թե ինչպես են երկրները հաջողության հասնում այս երկու հիվանդությունների՝ մորից երեխային փոխանցման վերացման հարցում»,- ասել է ԱՀԿ գլխավոր տնօրեն Մարգարեթ Չանը և հավելել, որ սա հսկայական ձեռքբերում է, հստակ ազդանշան այլ երկրներին առ այն, որ դրանց վերացումը հնարավոր է, և որ աշխարհը գտնվում է ՁԻԱՀ-ից զերծ սերունդ ունենալու ճանապարհին:

Մինչև 2030-ը ՁԻԱՀ-ի համաճարակին վերջ տալը առողջապահության և բարեկեցության գծով Կայուն զարգացման նպատակների առանցքային թիրախներից է:

«Շնորհիվ հակառետրովիրուսային դեղամիջոցների՝ ՄԻԱՎ-ից զերծ մեծացող յուրաքանչյուր երեխա վկայությունն է աշխարհում մորից երեխային փոխանցվող ՁԻԱՀ-ի վերացման առաջխաղացման»,- նշել է ՄԱՁԻԱՀ-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Միշել Սիդիբեն:

«Մասնակցելով Նյու Յորքում ՁԻԱՀ-ը վերացնելու թեմայով բարձրաստիճան խորհրդակցությանը՝ ՄԻԱՎ-ին դիմակայելու հաջորդ, վճռական փուլը պլանավորելու նպատակով մենք հիմնվելու ենք այս երկրների հաջողությունների վրա՝ կարևորելով այն արտասովոր նվաճումները, որոնց կարելի է հասնել կյանք փրկող բուժման մատչելիությունը արագ ընդլայնելու միջոցով»,- ասել է նա:

Ի դեպ, 2010-ից Հայաստանում, Մոլդովայում և Բելառուսում ԱՀԿ-ն աշխատում է ՄԱԿ-ի ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի հարցերի համատեղ ծրագրի (ՄԱՁԻԱՀ), ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի (ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ) և ՄԱԿ-ի բնակչության հիմնադրամի (ՄԱԲՀ) հետ համատեղ՝ մորից երեխային փոխանցվող ՄԻԱՎ-ն ու սիֆիլիսը վերացնելու նպատակով: Հայաստանը, Բելառուսն ու Մոլդովան, ապահովելով մինչծննդյան անվճար ծառայությունների վաղ համընդհանուր հասանելիություն, ինչպես նաև հղի կանանց և նրանց կողակիցների ՄԻԱՎ-ի և սիֆիլիսի թեստավորման, մանուկների մոտ դրանց վաղ ախտորոշոման և անվճար մանկական արհեստական սնունդ, ինչպես նաև համայնքի ներգրավվածության միջոցով կարողացել են հաղթահարել խնդիրները:

Ըստ ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Բաբատունդե Օսոտիմեհինի՝ երեք երկրներում, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանում, այս կարևորագույն նվաճումները ՄԻԱՎ-ի և սիֆիլիսի մորից երեխային փոխանցումը վերացնելու հարցում ընդգծում են, թե որքան կարևոր է վստահելի մայրական առողջապահական ծառայություններ մատուցելը: ԱՀԿ-ի տվյալներով՝ եվրոպական տարածաշրջանում 2014թ. գրանցված մորից երեխային փոխանցումը ՄԻԱՎ-ի նոր դեպքերը կազմում են ընդամենը 1% -ը:
