ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ խորհրդարանում անդրադարձել է Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության գործունեությանը՝ շեշտադրում կատարելով ֆուտբոլի աշխարի առաջնության հեռարձակման ժամանակ ցուցադրված բուքմեյքերների գովազդին.
«Ամբողջ ժողովրդին մտցրել էին ղումարի շրջապտույտի մեջ: Ամբողջ ազգը տենդի մեջ էր ընկել, թե ով ում վրա ինչ խաղադրույք կկատարի: Հանրային հեռուստատեսությունը մեր տները դարձրեց կազինո: Սա ուղղակի անթույլատրելի է: Դուք ասում եք՝ արժեքներ, արժեքներ, արժեքներ, բայց ցավոք սրտի, միակ բանը, որ դուք քարոզել եք, ղումարն է»,- հայտարարել է պատգամավորը:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ համաձայն լինելով պատգամավորի դիտարկմանը, որ ղումարը չպետք է եթերից ներխուժի մեր բնակարաններ, ստիպված եմ արձանագրել, որ խնդիրը այստեղ բոլորովին կապ չունի հեռուստաընկերության հետ ընդհանրապես, Հանրայինի հետ՝ մասնավորապես: Խնդիրը օրենսդրական է և կապված է եթերի վերահսկման մեխանիզմների հետ, որը պետք է սահմանի հենց Ազգային ժողովը: Ինձ համար անհասկանալի է՝ այն, ինչ մենք անթույլատրելի ենք համարում Հանրայինի համար, մյուս բոլորին թույլատրելի՞ է:
Հենց մեր հիմնական խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, որ ընտրում ենք պրոբլեմների համար մեկ թիրախ և կենտրոնանում այդ թիրախի վրա՝ մոռացության տալով, որ նմանատիպ խնդիրները ընդհանրական են և հարկավոր է լուծել մեկ միասնական մեխանիզմով: Այնպես, ինչպես ժամանակին նույն խորհրդարանը արգելեց հեռուստատեսությամբ թունդ ալկոհոլային խմիչքների և ծխախոտի գովազդը՝ անհրաժեշտ է օրենսդրական լուծումներ գտնել նաև, Ձեր պատկերավոր բառերով ասած, «ղումարի» հեռարձակումը կանխելու համար: Մինչդեռ թիրախավորել խնդիրը մեկ հեռուստակայանի «հագով»՝ անկախ նրա ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրից, դուք նվեր եք մատուցում մյուսներին, ովքեր միգուցե Հանրայինից առավել մեծ լսարան, հետևաբար մարդկանց «ղումարի» շրջապտույտի մեջ գցելու առավել մեծ պոտենցիալ ունեն:
Քանի որ դժբախտություն չունեցա ԱԺ պատգամավոր ընտրվելու, հարգելի՛ Նիկոլ, առաջարկում եմ և հորդորում, որ հանդես գաս օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ՝ այդ բացը լրացնելու համար: Մենք էլ կփորձենք խորհրդարանի դարպասներից դուրս ճնշում գործադրել իշխանությունների վրա, որպեսզի օրինագիծն ընդունվի և մենք ու մեր երեխաները զերծ մնանք «ղումարի» քարոզից:
