Ծագումով հայ ամերիկացի երգչուհի Շերի տունը 9 անգամ ավելի թանկ է, քան ԱՄՆ նախկին առաջին տիկին Ժակլին Քենեդիի տունը։ Հաղորդվում է, որ երկու տներն էլ վաճառքի են դրվել։ Բևերլի Հիլզում Շերի քոթեջը վաճառվոմ է 85 մլն դոլարով։ 16 ակր տարածքում գնորդին սպասվում է 20 հազար քառակուսի ֆուտ մակերեսով բնակելի շինություն, հյուրասենյակ, ախոռ, լողավազան և թենիսի կորտեր։ Մինչ Շերը՝ քոթեջը պատկանել է ամերիկացի կատակերգու Էդի Մերֆիին։

Միևնույն ժամանակ 1994 թվականին մահացած Ժակլին Քենեդիի տունը, որը նույպես վաճառքի է դրվել, առաջարկվում է համեստ գնով՝ 9.75 մլն դոլար։

Property records show that Cher sold the estate in 1988 to Mr. Murphy. The Walterses bought the property in the 1990s, acquired several surrounding parcels and built the guest house, tennis court and equestrian facilities.

The four-bedroom guest house has a Moroccan theme, with arched windows and hand-carved wooden doors.

The tennis court has a viewing platform and a cabana.

The property has two guard-gated entrances.
