Ադրբեջանի դեսպանի հայտարարությունների նպատակն է քողարկել իր երկրի ձախողված ռազմական ագրեսիան. ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպանություն

Ռուսաստանում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանը նման հարցազրույցների միջոցով առաջին հերթին նպատակ ունի քողարկել ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կողմից այս տարվա ապրիլի սկզբին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ ձախողված ռազմական ագրեսիան: Նման հայտարարություն է տարածել Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանությունը` մեկնաբանելով ՌԴ-ում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանի մեկնաբանությունները, որոնցով Փոլադ Բյուլ-բյուլ օղլին կրկին բ արձրաձայնել է ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ի հայտնի բանաձևերի մասին և հանդես եկել պատերազմի վերսկսկման սպառնալիքներով:

«Այն, որ այդ ագրեսիայի նախաձեռնողը եղել է Ադրբեջանը` կասկած չի հարուցում: Հարցազրույցի միջոցով բոլոր վերջին հայտարարություններում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանը փորձում է ամեն կերպ մոռացության տալ սեփական խոսքերը, որոնք նա արտահայտել է ղարաբաղական հակամարտության գոտում խոշորամասշտաբ ռազմական գործողությունների սկսումից մի քանի ժամ անց, որոնք ապացուցում են, որ հենց Ադրբեջանն է ռազմական արկածախնդրության նախաձեռնողը: Իսկ նրա հետագա վստահեցումները նախատեսված են միայն իր անտեղյակ հայրենակիցների համար:  

Մենք կրկին հիշեցնում ենք, որ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի հայտնի բանաձևերին հղումները հակամարտության կարգավորման միջազգային իրավունքի հիմնական սկզբունքների առանձին դրույթների ադրբեջանական ընտրովի մեկնաբանություններով` ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակում հանդիսանում են առկա փաստաթղթերի կանխամտածված խեղաթյուրում: Այդ առումով, առաջարկում ենք Ադրբեջանի դեսպանին` ուսումնասիրել ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության բանակցային գործընթացի պատրիարք Վլադիմիր Կազիմիրովի` ուրբաթ օրը հրապարակված վերլուծությունը:  

Փաստերն ու իրողությունները խեղաթյուրված նման հայտարարությունները և ադրբեջանցի գործընկերների մեկնաբանությունները չեն նպաստում հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ներկայիս ջանքերին, որին իբր  ձգտում է Ադրբեջանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է խնդրի ռազմական հնարավոր լուծման հերթական հիշեցմանը, ապա կցանկանայինք ընդգծել, որ Ադրբեջանի`Ռուսաստանին 1994 թվականին ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում հրադադարի հաստատման միջնորդ դառնալու խնդրանքից անցել է բավականին մեծ ժամանակ, որպեսզի համոզվեր ուժային տարբերակի անհնարինության մասին: Եթե որևէ մեկի մոտ եղել են նման հույսեր, ապա դրանք այս տարվա ապրիլի սկզբին փլուզվել են: Դրա համար անտրամաբանական է Ռուսաստանում հանդես գալ նման հռետորաբանությամբ, առավել ևս, որ Ռուսաստանը հերթական անգամ նախաձեռնություն է դրսևորու մ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման բանակցությունների շարունակման համար»,- Արմենպրեսի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշված է ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպանության հայտարարության մեջ:
