ԼՂՀ-ում անցած տարվա մայիսի 8-ին հրազենային վիրավորումից մահացած ժամկետային զինծառայող, Հայաստանի փոխոստիկանապետ Անուբաղ Համբարյանի ազգական Հարություն Համբարյանի գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է եւ գործն ուղարկվել դատարան: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկացավ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության` զինծառայող Դավիթ Հարությունյանը բռնի գործողություններ է իրականացրել շարքային Հարություն Համբարյանի նկատմամբ, երկու ձեռքով հարվածել նրա կրծքավանդակին: Բացի դրանից, նա անպարկեշտ ձեւով ստորացրել է Համբարյանի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը: Նույն զորամասի զինծառայող Արթուր Սեւումյանը նույնպես մեղադրվում է Համբարյանի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը ստորացնելու մեջ: Հովհաննես Մելքոնյանն էլ մեղադրվում է Համբարյանին ոտքով մեկ անգամ ոտքին եւ մեկ անգամ կրծքավանդակին հարվածելու մեջ: Լեյտենանտ Հայկազ Մաթեւոսյանը վերադաս հրամանատարությանը Սեւումյանի եւ Համբարյանի միջեւ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության մասին չի հայտնել:

Կրտսեր սերժանտ Սմբատ Հայրապետյանն ականատես է եղել Հարություն Համբարյանի եւ Հովհաննես Մելքոնյանի վիճաբանությանը, սակայն չի զեկուցել վերադաս հրամանատարությանը: Նա նաեւ ականատես է եղել Հարությունի եւ Դավիթի վիճաբանությանը, սակայն կրկին չի զեկուցել վերադաս հրամանատարությանը:

Դավիթ Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի եւ 360-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով: Արթուր Սեւումյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 360-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, Հայկազ Մաթեւոսյանին` 375-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, Հովհաննես Մելքոնյանին` 359-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, Սմբատ Հայրապետյանին` 375-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Դավիթ Հարությունյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է հրամանատարության հսկողության հանձնելը: Մյուս 4-ը ստորագրությամբ ազատ են արձակվել:

Գործը քննվում է Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում:

Ավելի վաղ ԼՂՀ ՊԲ մամուլի ծառայությունը հայտնել էր, որ 2015 թվականի մայիսի 8-ին՝ ժամը 15:15-ի սահմաններում, ՊԲ N զորամասի ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Հարություն Հրայրի Համբարյանը, ըստ նախնական տվյալների, իրեն ամրակցված ԱԿՄՍ տեսակի ինքնաձիգից իր գլխի ճակատային հատվածում արձակված կրակոցի հետեւանքով ստացած հրազենային վիրավորումից տեղում մահացել է:
