ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունն ու ՄԱԿ-ը կքննարկեն կլիմայական ռիսկերի միասնական կառավարումը

 Գլոբալ կլիմայական ռիսկերի միասնական կառավարմանն առնչվող հարցեր կքննարկվեն ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի (ՄԱԶԾ) հայաստանյան գրասենյակի և ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության համատեղ կազմակերպած եռօրյա սեմինար խորհրդակցությանը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՄԱԶԾ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից:

Շվեդիայի կառավարության աջակցությամբ ֆինանսավորվող և ՄԱԶԾ Ճգնաժամերի կանխման և վերականգնման գրասենյակի կողմից իրականացվող «Կլիմայական ռիսկերի միասնական կառավարում» ծրագիրը նախատեսված է 2013-2016թթ-երի համար: Ծրագրի առաջին փուլն իրականացվում է վեց երկրներում` Հայաստանում, Հոնդուրասում, Ինդոնեզիայում, Քենիայում, Նեպալում և Ուգանդայում, որի նպատակն է օգնել այդ երկրներին կլիմայի ռիսկերի մասին տեղեկացվածության միջոցով ամրապնդել իրենց կարողությունները` դիմակայելու կլիմայի փոփոխության և դրա հետևանքով առաջացող բնական վտանգներին:

Արդյունքների գլոբալ փոխանակմանը նվիրված այս սեմինարը հնարավորություն կընձեռի համախմբել բոլոր վեց մասնակից երկրներում ձեռք բերված արդյունքներն ու լավագույն փորձը և կիսել դրանք մյուսների հետ՝ միջամտությունների արդյունավետությունը գլոբալ մակարդակով բարելավելու նպատակով:

Միջոցառմանը քննարկվելու են նաև այդ արդյունքների վերարտադրելիության հարցերը, և կլիմայական ու աղետների աճող ռիսկերին դիմակայելու նպատակով՝ դրանք կապվելու են ավելի լայն՝ գլոբալ գործընկերային նախաձեռնությունների և աջակցության ցանցերի հետ: Այս առումով, մասնակիցները կքննարկեն ՄԱԶԾ-ի կողմից առաջարկվող  միասնական գործիքակազմը, որը պետք է նպաստի աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման և կլիմայի փոփոխության հարմարվողականության ծրագրերը Զարգացման օրակարգի մեջ ընդգրկելուն, ինչպես նաև երկրների կողմից ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլին  և նոր գլոբալ գործընկե րության «5-10 -50»  նախաձեռնությանը նախապատրաստվելուն:

Սեմինարի շրջանակներում կկազմակերպվի նաև այց Վայոց Ձորի մարզ՝ ծանոթանալու ծրագրի շրջանակներում իրականացվող կլիմայի նկատմամբ դիմակայուն գյուղական համայնքներ ցուցադրական ծրագրին:
