Լիբանանում ՀՀ դեսպանության նախաձեռնությամբ հունիսի 10-ին տեղի է ունեցել հեռատեսակոնֆերանս Լիբանանի հայ համայնքի ազգային, հոգևոր, մշակութային և երիտասարդական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների և ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության աշխատակազմի միջև: Երևանից մասնակցել են ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը, նախարարի տեղակալ Սերժ Սրապիոնյանը և նախարարության աշխատակիցները:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով Լիբանանում ՀՀ դեսպանության ֆեյսբուքյան էջը, նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել համայնքին՝ համահայկական ծրագրերին և ազգապահպան ձեռնարկներին ակտիվ մասնակցություն ցուցաբերելու համար: Նա շեշտել է, որ ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության ծրագրերին և իրականացվելիք համաժողովներին Լիբանանի հայ համայնքից ստացվել են գոհացուցիչ քանակությամբ մասնակցության հայտեր: 
Նախարարն անդրադարձել է Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչմանը և, այդ լույսի ներքո, հետագա անելիքներին: 


Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը հատուկ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել սփյուռքի բոլոր և մասնավորապես Լիբանանի համայնքներին՝ ապրիլյան ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում Արցախին սատարելու համար: 
Այնուհետև նախարարը ներկայացրել է պետության կողմից Հայաստանում հաստատված սիրիահայերի խնդիրների լուծմանն ուղղված ծրագրերը: 
Հեռատեսակոնֆերանսի ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև Լիբանանի հայ համայնքում ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ անկախության 25-րդ տարեդարձների առթիվ իրականացված և սպասվող միջոցառումներին առնչվող հարցերը:
Դեսպան Սամվել Մկրտչյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարին և նախարարության աշխատակազմին` հեռատեսակապի միջոցով երկխոսության և բովանդակալից քննարկման հնարավորության համար: 
Այնուհետև, հեռատեսակոնֆերանսի մասնակիցները քննարկել են համայնքային խնդիրներին, «Արի տուն» ծրագրին, «Սփյուռք» ամառային դպրոցին, «Իմ Հայաստան» համահայկական փառատոնին և նախարարության մյուս ծրագրերին Լիբանանի հայ համայնքի մասնակցության հետ կա պված մի շարք հարցեր: Լիբանանի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հարցերին պատասխանել է ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի տեղակալ Սերժ Սրապիոնյանը:
Քննարկման ավարտին դեսպան Մկրտչյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Լիբանանի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներին մասնակցության համար` հույս հայտնելով, որ նմանատիպ միջոցառումները կլինեն շարունակական` ի նպաստ Հայրենիք-Սփյուռք գործակցության զարգացման և ամրապնդման:
