Հայաստանի բանկերի միջոցով ֆիզիկական անձինք ամենաշատ փոխանցումները կատարում են Ռուսաստանի հետ

 ՀՀ բանկային համակարգի միջոցով ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից կատարված ամենաշատ փոխանցումները (ներհոսք և արտահոսք) 2015-ին կատարվել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ: Բանկային համակարգի միջոցով ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից ոչ առևտրային նպատակով կատարված փոխանցումները ևս նշյալ երկրի հետ են ամենաշատն իրականացվել: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս են վկայում «ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկ, վիճակագրական տեղեկագիր 2015»-ի տվյալները:

ՌԴ-ից ներհոսքը կազմել է 1 միլիարդ 008 միլիոն 632 հազար դոլար, դեպի ՌԴ ուղարկվել է 286 միլիոն 327 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար (արտահոսք), զուտ ներհոսքը կազմել է 722 միլիոն 305 հազար դոլար: ԱՄՆ-ից եկել է 177 միլիոն 799 հազար դոլար, գնացել` 99 միլիոն 694 հազար դոլար, տարբերությունը կազմում է 78 միլիոն105 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար: Զուտ ներքհոսք ապահովվել է Ղազախստանից` 38 միլիոն 068 հազար դոլար, Գերմանիայից (3 միլիոն 924  հազար դոլար), Ֆրանսիայից (3 միլիոն 231 հազար դոլար), այլ երկրներից (115 միլիոն 189 հազար դոլար): Զուտ ներհոսքը բացասական արտահայտմամբ է, այսինքն` արտահոսքը գերազանցել է ներհոս քին Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների, Թուրքիայի, Իսպանիայի և Ուկրաինայի հետ:

Այս դեպքում` ընդհանուր առմամբ Հայաստան է եկել 1 միլիարդ 631 միլիոն 659 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, Հայաստանից ուղարկվել է` 760 միլիոն 992 հազար դոլար, զուտ ներհոսքը կազմել է 870 միլիոն 661 հազար դոլար:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ոչ առևտրային փոխանցումներին, ապա Ռուսաստանից ներհոսքը կազմել է 923 միլիոն 120 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, արտահոսքը` 208 միլիոն 504 հազար դոլար, զուտ ներհոսքը` 714 միլիոն 617 հազար դոլար է: ԱՄՆ-ի հետ զուտ ներհոսքը 92 միլիոն 436 հազար դոլար է: Ոչ առևտրային փոխանցումների մեջ բացասական ներհոսք է առկա Չինաստանի, Թուրքիայի և ԱՄԷ-ի հետ:

Ոչ առևտրային փոխանցումները` ՀՀ առևտրային բանկերի և դրամական համակարգերի միջոցով ֆիզիկական անձանց անունով փոխանցումները (արտերկրից ստացած և արտերկիր ուղարկած) 2015-ին ընդհանուր առմամբ` կազմել են 1 միլիարդ 216 միլիոն 537 հազար դոլար (ներհոսք), 321 միլիոն 547 հազար դոլար(արտահոսք), զուտ ներհոսքը` 894 հազար 990 դոլար: 

Ոչ առևտրային փոխանցումները ներառում են ֆիզիկական անձի անունով արտերկրից ստացված (ֆիզիկական անձի կողմից արտերկիրփոխանցված) այն փոխանցումները, որոնք իրենց բնույթով ոչ առևտրային են: Մասնավորապես ոչ առևտրային նպատակով իրականացվողփոխանցումներ են համարվում. ա. ֆիզիկական անձի ան ունով արտերկրից ստացված (ֆիզիկական անձի կողմից արտերկիր փոխանցված)անհատույց ֆինանսական միջոցները, որոնց նպատակն ընթացիկ կարիքների բավարարումն է, մասնավորապես ֆինանսական օգնությունը,նվիրատվությունները, նպաստները, թոշակները և այլ նմանատիպ միջոցներ, բ. աշխատանքի դիմաց ստացված (վճարված) < i>աշխատավարձը,երբ աշխատողն աշխատել է արտերկրում տեղակայված կազմակերպությունում և աշխատավարձը ստանում է բանկային փոխանցման միջոցով`գտնվելով իր երկրում, գ. երբ աշխատողն աշխատում է տվյալ երկրում տեղակայված այնպիսի կազմակերպությունում, որ- տեղ աշխատավարձըստանում է արտերկրից` աշխատավարձի ուղղակի փոխանցման միջոցով:
