Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեին:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից:

Հանդիպմանը կողմերը քննարկել են Պաշտպանի ինստիտուտի եւ Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանատան միջեւ համագործակցության օրակարգին եւ առաջնահերթություններին վերաբերող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ, առավելապես անդրադարձել են մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եվրոպական չափանիշների ներդրման ուղղությամբ համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու անհրաժեշտությանը: Հանդիպման ընթացքում ընդգծվել է Օմբուդսմենի հաստատության կարեւորությունը Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի վճիռների կատարման գործում: Բացի այդ, քննարկվել են նաեւ վատ վերաբերմունքի կանխարգելմանը, երեխան երի իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, մարզային ստորաբաժանումների գործունեության ակտիվացմանը, ինչպես նաեւ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում հանրության իրազեկմանն ուղղված հարցեր:

Կարեւորելով Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ակտիվ աշխատանքը` դեսպան Շարպանտիեն հաստատել է մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում համատեղ ծրագրեր նախաձեռնելու, համագործակցության ոլորտներն ընդլայնելու իր պատրաստակամությունը

Ընդգծելով  հայ-ֆրանսիական բարեկամական հարաբերությունների խորացման կարեւորությունը՝ Օմբուդսմեն Արման Թաթոյանն իր երախտիքն է հայտնել դեսպան Շարպանտիեին՝ մեծապես արժեւորելով Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանության դերը Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարական արժեքների ամրապնդման եւ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում:
