Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել էինք, ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով օրեր առաջ մեղադրանքներ էին առաջադրվել ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության պետական առողջապահության գործակալության պետ Սարո Ծատուրյանին, Երեւանի քաղաքային կենտրոնի պետ Արսեն Սեդրակյանին, գործակալության բժշկական ծառայությունների գնման եւ տեղեկատվական բաժնի նախկին պետ Սամվել Խարազյանին, ովքեր կասկածվում են պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու մեջ։

Այսօր ՀՀ ազգային ժողովում՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարը, անդրադառնալով վերոնշյալ թեմային, ասաց, որ գործը կապված է ապօրինի ուղեգրեր տալու հետ: «Կառավարությունն այդ դեպքից հետո` 2014-ից սկսած, որոշեց փոխել ուղեգրերի տրամադրման ձեւը` ներդնելով նոր պաշտպանիչ շերտով ու համարակալումներով ուղեգրերի տրամադրման նոր կարգ, որով հնարավորինս նվազեցվեցին կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը»,- հայտնեց նա:

Այն դիտարկմանը, որ տվյալ քրեական գործը հարուցվել է նախկին նախարարի օրոք, Արմեն Մուրադյանը պատասխանեց. «Երբեք նպատակ չեմ դրել նախկինների գործերը բացահայտելու, մենք ուղղակի ընդհանուր երեւույթները, կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը նվազեցնելու ցանկություն ունենք»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Ինչպես նշեց նախարարը, ձերբակալվածներն ազատ են արձակվել` չբացակայելու մասին ստորագրությամբ:
