ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Երևանի Էրեբունի փողոցում հունիսի 15-ին տեղի ունեցած ավազակության դեպքի առթիվ: Առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը ձերբակալվել է: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։

2016 թվականի հունիսի 16-ին ՍՊԸ-ի աշխատակիցը հաղորդում է ներկայացրել առ այն, որ 2016 թվականի հունիսի 15-ին՝ ժամը 23:15-ի սահմաններում, գտնվելով իր աշխատավայրում՝ Էրեբունի փողոցում գործող բենզալցակայանում, մի անծանոթ մարդ դանակի գործադրման սպառնալիքով իրենից գումար է պահանջել և այն հափշտակելով՝  դիմել փախուստի:

Դեպքի առթիվ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի հունիսի 15-ին՝ ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, ուրիշի գույքը ավազակային հարձակմամբ հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, իր մոտ գտնվող դանակով Էրեբունի փողոցում գործող բենզալցակայանի աշխատակցի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով, գումար է պահանջել։ Աշխատակիցը դիմակավորված երիտասարդին է փոխանցել իր մոտ առկա գումարը, ինչից հետո վերջինս դիմել է փախուստի։ Աշխատակցի բղավոցներին արձագանքել են հարակից ավտոլվացման կետի աշխատակիցները և միասին հետապնդել փախուստի դիմած առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին։ Նշված փողոցով ավտոմեքենայով երթևեկելիս՝  ոստիկանության ավագ տեսուչը նկատել է  վազող  դիմակավորված տղամարդուն և ավտոմեքենան կայանելով՝ հետապնդել է նրան ու վնասազերծել՝ ձեռքից վերցնելով նաև դանակը։

Պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Երևանի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1990թ.։ Կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է և ցուցմունք տվել դեպքի շուրջ։

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, կենսաբանական և քրեագիտական փորձաքննություններ:
