Ազդարարվեց Թալին-Լանջիկ եւ Լանջիկ-Գյումրի ճանապարհների շինարարական աշխատանքների մեկնարկը

Ճանապարհի հիմքում խորհրդանշական պարկուճի տեղադրմամբ հունիսի 17-ին ազդարարվեց «Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի» Տրանշ 3-ի Թալին-Գյումրի ճանապարհի՝ Թալին-Լանջիկ եւ Լանջիկ-Գյումրի ճանապարհահատվածների շինարարական աշխատանքների մեկնարկը: «Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումայի ն ծրագրի» Տրանշ 3-ի Թալին-Գյումրի ճանապարհի Թալին-Լանջիկ (18,7 կմ)  եւ Լանջիկ-Գյումրի (27,5 կմ) ճանապարհահատվածների շինարարական աշխատանքների մեկնարկն ազդարարվեց  Երեւան-Գյումրի մայրուղու Լանջիկ համայնքի մոտ։ Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է բազմատրանշ ֆինանսավորման տարբերակով: Այն բաժանված է առանձին տրանշերի, որոնց շրջանակում կնքվել են վարկային առանձին պայմանագրեր:

Հայտարարված միջազգային մրցույթների արդյունքներով՝ որպես նվազագույն գնային առաջարկ եւ տեխնիկապես բավարար գնահատված հայտ ներկայացրած կազմակերպություն, չինական «Սինոհիդրո Քորփորեյշն» ընկերության հետ ստորագրվել են Թալին-Գյումրի ճանապարհի Թալին-Լանջիկ եւ Լանջիկ-Գյումրի հատվածների  46,2կմ ճանապարհի կառուցման կապալային համապատասխան պայմանագրեր՝ շուրջ 140 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր արժեքով, ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն: Աշխատանքների ավարտը նախատեսված է համապատասխանաբար՝ 2018 թվականի տարեվերջին եւ 2019 թվականի տարեսկզբին:

«Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի» իրականացման կազմակերպություն»  ՊՈԱԿ-ի գործադիր տնօրեն   Արթուր Սարգսյանը լրագրողներին տեղեկացրեց, որ   «Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի» Տրանշ 3-ի  Թալին-Լանջիկ եւ Լանջիկ-Գյումրի հատվածների շինարարությունը համաֆինանսավորվում է Ասիական զարգացման բանկի եւ Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի կողմից և Եվրոպական միության հարևան երկրների համագործակցության շուրջ 12 մլն եվրո դրամաշնորհի ֆինանսական միջոցներով: «Անցած տարի՝ ամռան ը, հայտարարվել է միջազգային մրցույթ այս երկու տրանշերի համար՝ 2 առանձին մրցույթ, որին հայտ էր ներկայացրել շուրջ 20  կազմակերպություն՝ ֆրանսիական, իտալական, իսպանական, ուկրաինական, չինական, վրացական և այլն, և մրցույթի արդյունքներով, որպես որակապես լավ գնահատված և ամենացածր գնային առաջարկ ներկայացնող կազմակերպություն ճանաչվել է չինական SINOHYDRO ընկերությունը»,-նշեց  Արթուր Սարգսյանը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ աշխատանքները, բացի ժամանակից, նաև որակով կկատարվեն:

«Անշուշտ, խիստ հսկողություն ու մոնիտորինգ ենք իրականացնելու: Աշխատանքների տեխնիկական հսկողությունը կատարվելու է իտալական հայտնի  ընկերության կողմից, ընթացիկ հսկողություն կկատարվի նաև պատվիրատուի կողմից»,-ավելացրեց Արթուր Սարգսյանը:

Ճանապարհը կառուցվելու է միջազգային բարձր չափանիշների համաձայն՝ նաև կիրառելով տեղական ստանդարտները:»Այս ստանդարտներով մենք վերակառուցում ենք ընդհանուր ճանապարհը՝ շուրջ 46 կմ երկարությամբ, երկրորդ-երրորդ աստիճանի  ճանապարհը հասցնելու ենք առաջին աստիճանի՝ 4 ուղիով, նախագծային մինչև 110 կմ ժամ արագությամբ թույլատրելի երթևելությամբ»,-հավելեց  Արթուր Սարգսյանը:

Հանդիսավոր արարողությանը մասնակցեցին  եւ ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես եկան  Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան պարոն Թիան Էրլուն« Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին« դոնոր ֆինանսական կառույցների (ԱԶԲ եւ ԵՆԲ) ղեկավարներ« շինարարական եւ վերահսկող կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

««Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագիրը» խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագիր է« որի նպատակն է միջազգային բարձր չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան 560 կմ ընդհանուր երկարությամբ Մեղրի-Երեւան-Բավրա ավտոճանապարհի միջոցով երկրի հարավը կապել հյուսիսի հետ՝ կրճատելով այն շուրջ 90 կմ-ով եւ հասցնելով մինչեւ 470 կմ-ի»,-լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ տրանսպորտի եւ կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը:
