Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հունիսի16-ին մասնակցել է ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունների միջև կնք ված փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի ստորագրման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը։

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «Վարչապետը կարևորել է երկու կառույցների միջև համագործակցության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված աշխատանքները և նշել, որ տնտեսության զարգացումը մեծապես կախված է նաև այդ կառույցների արդյունավետ գործունեությունից:

Ա.Հարությունյանը իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանին՝ ընդգծելով, որ մասնագիտական և ոչ մասնագիտական տարբեր հարցերի լուծման գործում առկա է նրա մշտական աջակցությունը:

«Արցախին վերաբերող հարցերին Ձեր կողմից ցուցաբերվող հատուկ ու ջերմ վերաբերմունքն արժանի էմիայն ամենաբարձր գնահատականի: Այս առումով Արցախիկառավարության անունից ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել պարոն Խաչատրյանին:

Համոզված եմ, որ հետագայումևս մեծ է լինելու նրա անմիջական մասնակցությունը Արցախիսոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման, և երկուգերատեսչությունների համագործակցության մեջ նոր ձեռբերումներ ունենալու գործում»,- ասել է վարչապետը:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության և փոխադարձ վերաբերմունքի համար՝ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Գագիկ Խաչատրյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունների միջև համագործակցությունը երկար տարիների պատմություն ունի: Նրա խոսքով` փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը հնարավորություն է տալու որակական նոր մակարդակի վրա դնել այդ համագործակցությունը:

«Պարոն վարչապետ, բացի այդ, ցանկանում եմ տեղեկացնել Ձեզ, որ էլեկտրոնային գանձապետական համակարգի տեղադրման ծրագրային ապահովումն արդեն ավարտված է, և որոշակի փորձաշրջան անցնելուց հետո շուտով Արցախում ևս կսկսի գործել էլեկտրոնային գանձապետական համակարգը»,- ասել է Գ. Խաչատրյանը:

Անդրադառնալով փոխըմբռնման հուշագրում նախատեսված կետերին՝ ԼՂՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Սպարտակ Թևոսյանը նշել է, որ այն հնարավորություն կտա երկու գերատեսչությունների միջև խորացնել համագործակցությունը ինչպես մեթոդական, տեխնիկական ոլորտներում, այնպես էլ իրականացնել կադրերի վերապատրաստման գործընթաց՝ թե ՛ ՀՀ-ում և թե ՛ արտերկրում:
