 Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի (ԵԽԽՎ) հետեւող հանձնաժողովը Թուրքիայում զարգացումների վերաբերյալ զեկույց է հրապարակել, որում ընդգծել է, որ այդ երկրում ժողովրդավարական գործընթացի հետընթացն սկսվել է 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 17-25-ին կառավարության անդամների եւ նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանի ընտանիքի կոռուպցիայի բացահայտումով:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է թուրքական «Ջումհուրիեթ» թերթը:

Զեկույցում նշվում է, որ Թուրքիայում ժողովրդավարությունը վտանգված է, ԵԽԽՎ անդամ երկրում օրենքի գերակայությունը մղվել է ետին պլան: Նշվում է նաեւ, որ Թուրքիայում քրդական խնդրի լուծման գործընթացը չեղյալ է հայտարարվել ժողովրդավարական կառույցների գործառույթների վերացմանը զուգընթաց:

«Ամեն ինչ սկսվեց այն բանից հետո, երբ 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 17-25-ին բացահայտվեցին կառավարության չորս նախարարների եւ այն ժամանակ Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Էրդողանի որդու` Բիլալ Էրդողանի հետ կապված ապօրինությունների քրեական գործերը», -ասվում է զեկույցում:

Զեկույցում իշխանություններին կոչ է արվում համապատասխանել Թուրքիայի ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորություններին, իսկ երկրի քրդաբնակ շրջաններում շարունակվող, այսպես կոչված, անվտանգության ռազմական գործողություններում հետեւել «համաչափության եւ անհրաժեշտության սկզբունքին»:

Զեկույցը թուրքական իշխանություններին հորդորում է վերադառնալ քրդական խնդրի խաղաղ լուծման բանակցություններին, անկախ հանձնաժողով ստեղծել քրդերի հետ բախումներում միջադեպերի ուսումնասիրության եւ քրդերի հետ հաշտության եզրեր գտնելու համար:
