Չեխիայի Հանրապետության պատգամավորների պալատի` Հայաստանի հետ միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամական խմբի նախագահ Ռոբին Բյոնիշը հնարավոր է համարում բանակցությունների միջոցով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման հասնելը: «Երբ երկու երկրների նախագահներըհանդիպում են եւ ի վիճակի են նստել բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ,ապա միշտ էլ կա հույս խնդիրը խաղաղ ճանապարհով կարգավորելուհամար։ Քառօրյա պատերազմը, փաստացիորեն, ոչ մի դրականազդեցություն չունեցավ։ Պարզապես տառապանք։ Եվ ես կուզենայիհիշատակել Երեւան կատարած այցի ժամանակ Չեխիայի նախագահԶեմանի խոսքերը Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմից հետոԳերմանիայի եւ Ֆրանսիայի հաշտեցման մասին։ Եթե այդհամագործակցությունը հնարավոր եղավ այս երկու հզորհակառակորդների միջեւ, ապա չկա որեւէ պատճառ, որ այս նույնըչպատահի Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի կամ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղիհետ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց չեխ պատգամավորը: Նրա խոսքով` այնուամենայնիվ, այս հարցում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի գործողություններն անօգուտ են։

«Իհարկե, ես ավելի գոհ կլինեի, եթե բանակցությունները լինեին ավելի չեզոք վայրում` Չեխիայի Հանրապետությունում, որը լավ հարաբերություններ ունի եւ Հայաստանի, եւ Ադրբեջանի հետ։ Անկեղծ ասած, ես հավատում եմ, որ հաշտեցման հասնելու համար լավագույն տարբերակը ներկա իրավիճակը, ինչպես նաեւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ապագան ռացիոնալ կերպով դիտարկելն է: Այսպես կողմերից եւ ոչ մեկը չի առճակատվի Ռուսաստանի` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը կողմերի դեմ որպես պոտենցիալ գործիք օգտագործելու խնդրին»,- ասաց Ռոբին Բյոնիշը:
