««Ռուսաստանը մի օրում քնից վեր չի կացել ու չի որոշել ՀՕՊ-ի հարցը բարձրացնել, ԱդրբԵջանի հետ չորսօրյա պատերազմի հարցը պլանավորել, Հայաստանի համար հոսանքը թանկացնել։ Դա երկար մտածված ծրագիր է, որը քայլ առ քայլ իրականացնում է։ Հարց է՝ մենք ունե՞նք դրան պատասխան հակաքայլեր», -«Ժամանակի» հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով վերջին օրերին Երևանում ծավալված հակառուսական ցույցերին՝ ասաց Գերագույն խորհրդի նախկին պատգամավոր Ալբերտ Բաղդասարյանը։

Վերջինս նկատեց, որ ինքը չի տեսնում մշակված, համարժեք քայլեր ու ծրագրեր, մինչդեռ բազմաթիվ դեպքեր եղան՝ սկսած Հրաչյա Հարությունյանին կանացի խալաթ հագցնելուց, Պերմյակովի կողմից Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանությունը, ԵՏՄ-ին Հայասւոանի անդամակցումը և բազմաթիվ այլ դեպքեր, որոնք կարող էին հասարակությանը համախմբող դեր ունենալ։ «Ես այս բոլոր դեպքերը համակարգված եմ դիտարկում։ Մեզ մոտ հիմա քննարկվում է ՀՕՊ-ը հանձնելու հարցը, մենք ցույց ենք անում ՀՕՊ-ը չհանձնելու համար։ Ռուսաստանը հոսանքը 7 դրամ թանկացնում է, մենք ցույց ենք անում այդ 7 դրամի համար։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքին սպանում են, մարդիկ դուրս են գալիս դրա համար։ Բայց այս բոլոր դեպքերը իրար կապող, շղթայի ծայրը բռնող քաղաքական ուժը չկա, որ ալտերնաւոիվ ծրագիր առաջարկի։ Ասի՝ էսօր ՀՕՊ-ը տվեցին, վաղը ուրիշ բան կտան։ Պետք է ի սկզբանե կանխել ամեն ինչ», - ասաց Բաղդասարյանը։

Վերջինս նկատեց, որ եթե ռուսական այդ մարտահրավերին համարժեք ծրագիր չի մշակվում, շատ հաճախ դառնում ենք պարզապես օգտագործվող։ «Օրինակ՝ ՀՕՊ-ի դեմ ցույցը մեկնաբանվեց որպես իշխանությունների կողմից հրահրվող։ Եվ դրա համար հիմքեր կային պնդելու։ Բայց համակարգված մոտեցում է պետք, որ Պուտինը Հայասւոանի մասով իր ծրագրերն իրականացնելս հասկանա, որ Հայաստանում կա քաղաքական գիտակցության այնպիսի մի մոտեցում, որ իր տված խաղերը հայերը վաղուց հաշվել են։ Նա պետք է հասկանա, որ այդպես խաղալ այլևս չի կարող։ Բայց հիմա, քանի դեռ Հայաստանի իշխանությունն ու ընդդիմությունն ամենաթույլ օղակն են, Հայաստանի քաղաքական միտքն ամենաթույլ քաղաքական միտքն է, նա կշարունակի իր խաղերը տանել։ Ու դրանք լավագույնս կստացվեն», - նկատեց Բաղդասարյանը»,–գրում է թերթը։
