Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Արամ Սուքիասյանը մայրաքաղաքի «Արամ Խաչատրյան» համերգասրահում մասնակցել է Ավետ Գաբրիելյանի անվան արվեստի դպրոցի հիմնադրման 45-ամյակին նվիրված հանդիսությանը: Միջոցառմանը ներկա են  գտնվել նաև քաղաքապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական Վանո Վարդանյանը և  Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արտավազդ Սարգսյանը: 

 Հանդիսավոր երեկոյի մեկնարկից առաջ բացվել է արվեստի դպրոցի աշակերտների նկարչական և խեցեգործական աշխատանքների ցուցահանդեսը: Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի անունից ողջունելով և արվեստի դպրոցի 45 ամյակի առիթով շնորհավորելով ներկաներին` Արամ Սուքիասյանը նշել է, որ արվեստի դպրոցը ստեղծման օրից պատվով է կատարել իր առաքելությունը՝ կրթելով հարյուրավոր սաների, որոնցից շատերը հայաստանյան և միջազգային հեղինակավոր մրցույթներում ու փառատոներում մշտապես բարձր են պահել կրթօջախի պատիվը, ինչը նաև տարբեր տարիների այստեղ աշխատած արհեստավարժ մանկավարժների ջանքերի արդյունքն է: Արամ Սուքիասյանը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ դպրոցի տնօրեն Գոհար Տոնոյանի գլխավորությամբ առաջիկայում կրթօջախը կընդլայնի արձանագրած նվաճումները: Քաղաքապետի տեղակալը ստեղծագործական նորանոր հաջողություններ է մաղթել դպրոցի հանրույթին և հատկանշել, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն այսուհետ ևս իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում շարունակելու է համակողմանի աջակցություն ցուցաբերել քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայությամբ գործող մշակութային օջախներին: Այնուհետ կրթօջախի լավագույն  սաները հանդես են եկել համերգային ծրագրով: 
 Ավետ Գաբրիելյանի անվան արվեստի դպրոցի հիմնադրման 45-ամյակի առթիվ՝ երկարամյա արդյունավետ գործունեության և երեխաների գեղագիտական դաստիարակության համար դպրոցի փոխտնօրեն Նինա Եղիազարյանը պարգևատրվել է «Երևան քաղաքի պատվավոր մանկավարժ» հուշամեդալով: Հիմնադրման 45-ամյակի առթիվ, երկարամյա անձնվեր աշխատանքի և երեխաների գեղագիտական դաստիարակության համար Երևանի քաղաքապետի պատվոգրեր են շնորհվել դպրոցի դաշնամուրային բաժնի վարիչ Հասմիկ Զաքարյանին, լարային բաժնի վարիչ Ժաննա Մկրտչյանին և ժողովրդական նվագարանների բաժնի վարիչ Սամվել Երկնափեշյանին:
