Սխալ կազմակերպված քաղաքաշինությունը նպաստում է մայրաքաղաքի էկոլոգիական վիճակի վատթարացմանը և աղետների ռիսկերի աճին: ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարին կից հասարակական խորհրդի 4-րդ նիստի ընթացքում նման կարծիք է հայտնել «Հանունմարդկային կայուն զարգացման ասոցիացիա» ՀԿ նախագահ, բնապահպանԿարինե Դանիելյանը:

Դանիելյանն ասաց, որ իրավիճակը փոքր-ինչ մեղմացել է, քանի որ Երևանի Քաղաքաշինության խորհրդի կազմում ներգրավվել են էկոլոգիական ՀԿ-ներ: Այնուամենայնիվ, նախկինում արված սխալների հետևանքով քաղաքը մտել է էկոլոգիական աղետի գոտի: 

«Անկախության տարիներին կատարյալ հակաէկոլոգիական քաղաքաշինություն է իրականացվել հատկապես Երևանի կենտրոնում. ոչնչացվել է պատմամշակութային ժառանգությունը, աճել են բոլոր էկոլոգիական ռիսկերը»,- ասում է Դանիելյանը:

Բարձրահարկ շենքերը կառուցելիս հաշվի չեն առնվել ենթուկառուցվածները. դա շարունակվում է նաև այսօր: Արդյունքում՝ աճում են տրանսպորտային խնդիրները, խցանումները, սեյմսիկ և այլ էկոլոգիական ռիսկերը. կանաչ տարածքներն օղակաձև ֆունկցիան չեն կարողանում կատարել, քամիները չեն կարողանում մաքրել օդային ավազանը, իսկ եթե արդյունաբերությունը սկսի գործել, քաղաքում անհնար կլինի շնչել:

Բնապահպանը նշեց, որ համաձայն հետազոտությունների՝ Երևանում արտանետումները խիստ նվազել են, սակայն օդային ավազանի ինքնամաքրման ֆունկցիաները ևս կրճատվել են: «Առկա ֆոտոքիմիական թունամշուշը տիպիկ է նման քաղաքների համար, սակայն քաղաքաշինությունն այդ խնդիրը խորացրել է: Ի վերջո, մարդիկ չունեն մաքուր հանգստի գոտիներ, որտեղ կարող են ժամանակ անցկացնել»,- նշեց Դանիելյանը:

Նա նաև ընդգծեց, որ Երևանի Քաղաքաշինության խորհրդում բացակայում է ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը: «Քաղաքապետարանն ասում է, որ հրավեր ուղարկում է, սակայն ոչ ոք չի գալիս, իսկ նախարարությունն ասում է, որ հրավեր չի ստանում»,- մանրամասնեց Դանիելյանը, ավելացնելով, որ բնապահպանության նախարար Արամայիս Գրիգորյանը հրահանգել է շտապ զբաղվել այդ հարցով:
