Вам когда-нибудь казалось, что вы не можете чего-то сделать, потому что Вы уже слишком стары для этого?!Забудьте! Эрнестина Шепард является доказательством того, что всё возможно. Эрнестина — самая старая в мире женщина-бодибилдер, и верите тому или нет, этой железной бабуле недавно исполнилось 80 лет.
Восьмидесятилетняя уроженка Балтимора родилась 16 июня 1936 года, она не тренировалась, пока ей не исполнилось 56 лет, но с тех пор она пошла дальше и выиграла два титула в бодибилдинге. С 2010 по 2011 год Шепард была даже объявлена старейшим конкурентоспособным в мире бодибилдером и занесена в Книгу рекордов Гиннесса!
Так в чем же ее секрет? Дисциплина, решительность, и хорошая олдскульная тяжелая работа! Она просыпается в 3 часа утра, пробегает около 80 миль (130 км) в неделю, и она живет за счет диеты, которая контролирует каллории, употребляя в пищу вареные яичные белки, курицу, овощи и большое количество воды. Но истинный секрет ее успеха прост: она никогда не сдается. Так что помните об этом, когда в следующий раз вы замешкаетесь с решением пойти в тренажерный зал.
