ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը հունիսի 24-ին հանդիպել է երեխաների պաշտպանության ոլորտում գործող միջազգային և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակը ոլորտում ընթացող շուրջօրյա խնամքի հաստատությունների  վերակազմակերպման գործընթացի հետ կապված հարցերի քննարկումն է:

Նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը բարձր  է գնահատել  գործընկերների ջանքերը  երեխաների ոլորտի բարեփոխումների ծրագրի ընթացքին աջակցելու համար:

«Մեծ ծավալի աշխատանք է  իրականացվել և այժմ  թևակոխել ենք  մի կարևորագույն փուլ,  երբ պետք է համատեղ որոշենք  ծրագրի ուղղությամբ իրականացվող  մեր քայլերի տրամաբանությունն ու հաջորդականությունը:  Երեխաների պաշտպանությանն ուղղված  մի շարք օրենսդրական կարգավորումներ են ներդրվել: Մեր հաջորդ քայլը  ընդունված իրավական ակտերի՝ գործնականում կիրառումն է, որի իրագործմանը պետք է ուղղվեն  ոլորտում շահագրգիռ դերակատարների ջանքերը»,- ասել է նախարարը:

Հանդիպմանը ներկա ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչ Տանյա Ռադոչայը իր հերթին գոհունակություն է հայտնել  երեխաների պաշտպանության  ոլորտում  նախարարության որդեգրած քաղաքականությունից, իրականացվող ծրագրերից, և հույս հայտնել, որ գործընթացները  համաչափ զարգացում կստանան նաև Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում:

Փորձագիտական խմբի կողմից հանդիպման ընթացքում  ներկայացվել է վերակազմակերպվող հաստատության երեխաների  և նրանց ընտանիքների կարիքների վերագնահատման արդյունքերը: Այնուհետև,  քննարկվել է  խնամքի հաստատության յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի տուն վերադարձի դեպքում  համայնքներում անհրաժեշտ  առկա ծառայությունների և ռեսուրսների կարևորությունը:

Ներկայումս  վերակազմակերպման գործընթացում է Նուբարաշենի թիվ  2 գիշերօթիկ խնամքի հաստատությունը, որը վերակազմակերպվելով երեխայի և ընտանիքի աջակցության կենտրոնի կնպաստի համայնքում խնդիրներ ունեցող բազմաթիվ երեխաների և ընտանիքների սոցիալական, կրթական, առողջապահական և այլ խնդիրների հաղթահարմանն ու աջակցությանը:

Հանդիպմանը  ներկա էին  ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ,  ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ, «Սեյվ դը չիլդրեն», Վորլդ Վիժն  հայաստանյան գրասենյակների, Երեխաների աջակցության կենտրոնի և «ՍՈՍ մանկական գյուղեր»  հայկական բարեգործական հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչները:
