ՇՀԿ-ն քննարկել է առաջնային համարվող հարցեր

Հունիսի 24-ին, Ուզբեկստանի մայրաքաղաք Տաշքենդում կայացավ Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՇՀԿ) հոբելյանական գագաթաժողովը, որը նվիրված էր կազմակերպության ձևավորման 15-ին ամյակին:

Գագաթաժողովի օրակարգում հիմնականում ներառված էին կազմակերպության համար ներկա պահին առաջնային համարվող հարցերը: Գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում նաև մտքեր են փոխանակվել համաշխարհային ու տարածաշրջանային հարցերի շուրջ:

Մինչ ՇՀԿ գագաթաժողովի մեկնարկը ՌԴ վարչապետի առաջին տեղակալ Իգոր Շուվալովը հայտնել էր, որ Ռուսաստանը մեծ նշանակություն է տալիս ԵՏՄ-ի և «Մետաքսի ճանապարհ տնտեսական գոտի» նախագծերի զուգակցմանը: Այս հարցը ՇՀԿ անդամ-պետությունների առաջնորդների ուշադրության կենտրոնում եղավ գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում:

ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ՇՀԿ անդամ-պետությունների գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում հայտնեց, որ Իրանի՝ ՇՀԿ-ին անդամակցելու ճանապարհին ոչ մի խոչընդոտ չի տեսնում: Պուտինը նաև հայտնել է, որ ՇՀԿ-ի, ԵՏՄ-ի և Մետաքսի ճանապարհ նախագծերի ինտեգրացիան կարող է Եվրասիական տարածաշրջանի ձևավորման նախաբան հանդիսանալ:

Իսկ Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում հայտնել է, որ Բելառուսը պատրաստ է խորացնել Չինաստանի և ՇՀԿ-ի հետ հարաբերությունները և վերջիններիս համար դեպի արևմուտք դարպաս հանդիսանալ: Նա նաև հայտնել է, որ ՇՀԿ-ի տնտեսական քաղաքականության առաջնահերթությունը պետք է ԵՏՄ-ի հետ համագործակցությունը դառնա:

Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում առաջարկել է Եվրասիական տրանսպորտային հանգույց ստեղծել, որը կմիավորի ՇՀԿ անդամ և դիտորդ պետություններին: Նազարբաևը նաև հայտարարել է, որ առևտրատնտեսական և ֆինանսաներդրումային համագործակցության խորացումը կապահովի անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ ՇՀԿ-ի շրջանականերում ազատ առևտրի գոտի ստեղծելու համար:

Ղրղզստանի նախագահ Ալմազբեկ Ատամբաևը ՇՀԿ գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում կարծիք է հայտնել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է արագացնել ՇՀԿ բանկի և զարգացման ֆոնդի ստեղծման աշխատանքները:

Գագաթաժողովի վերջում ընդունվել ՇՀԿ 2016-2020թթ. զարգացման ռազմավարության պլանը և մի շարք փաստաթղթեր են ստորագրվել: Նաև ՇՀԿ-ի կազմում Հնդկաստանի և Իրանի ընդունման ընթացակարգն ու ժամկետները հստակեցնող է հուշագիր է ներկայացվել:
