Արագածոտնի մարզպետ Սարգիս Սահակյանը հայտնվել է վտանգավոր եզրագծում. նրան պաշտոնից հանելու մտադրություն կա: Թեպետ Սահակյան եղբայրները Սերժ Սարգսյանի սիրելիներն են և ամեն անգամ վտանգը հարթում են նրան դիմելով, բայց քաղաքական շրջանակներում խոսում են, որ էլ տեղ չկա:
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ մարզում մարզպետի գերդաստանին պատկանող ընկերությունները տենդերային ծրագրեր շահելու մենաշնորհ ունեն, ավելին՝ վարչապետի վերահսկողական ծառայությունը, մեր տեղեկություններով, բոլորովին վերջերս բացահայտել է մոտ 100 միլիոնի հասնող չարաշահումներ, սակայն այժմ էլ ավելի խայտառակ բացահայտում է եղել:
Պարզել են, որ Սահակյանը, տեղեկանալով Հյուսիս-Հարավ ծրագրի մասին, անցյալում կոպեկներով գնել է ծրագրով վերակառուցման ենթակա մայրուղու հարակից տարածքները և հիմա աստղաբաշխական գներով վաճառում է պետությանը,- գրում է «Հրապարակ» թերթը:
Զարմանալի կլիներ, եթե մարզպետ Սահակյանը մտահոգվեր իր պաշտոնանկության հեռանկարից: Ժամկետանց, հարստահարող և իրենց ՕԳԳ-ն կորցրած գործիչները երբեք ՀՀԿ-ի համար չեն կորցնում իրենց հմայքը և մշտապես առավել բարձր պաշտոնների են նշանակվում: Համենայն դեպս, այդպես է ցույց տալիս վերջին տարիների վիճակագրությունը:
Վստահ եմ, որ Երվանդ Զախարյանի, Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի, Արամայիս Գրիգորյանի, չամիչաշատ բուլկիների և մյուսների շարքում Արագածոտնի մարզպետը անպայման կունենա իր փայլող աստղը: Եթե ազատ պաշտոն չլինի՝ վստահ եղեք, նրա համար կստեղծեն որևէ ՛՛ջրիկ՛՛ կոմիտե, որտեղ պարոն մարզպետը կսպառի իր ծերությունը:
Ասել, թե նրա պաշտոնավարության օրոք որևէ առաջընթաց է գրանցվել մարզում՝ նշանակում է խուսափել ճշմարտության հետ ուղիղ հանդիպումից: Նրա պաշտոնավարման օրոք ամենաշռնդալից իրադարձությունը, որ եղել է մարզում, այն է, որ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ խումբը և ԱԻՆ փրկարար ծառայության աշխատակիցները մարզպետին պատկանող առանձնատանը հայտնաբերել էին 5 և 10 կգ-անոց... 2 գազի բալոն: Անշուշտ, այդ բալոնները մարզի ՀՆԱ-ի բալանսում որոշակի տոկոս են կազմում և Սահակյանի օրոք մարզի տարածքում ավելացած միակ նյութական բարիքներն են, սակայն դա արդեն բավարար պայման է՝ պաշտոնեական առաջընթաց գրանցելու համար:
Այնպես որ, իր արարողակարգային գործառույթները կատարելուց հետո նա անպայման բարձր պաշտոնի կտեղափոխվի...
Իսկ եթե այդ ընթացքում, մինչև նոր պաշտոնի նշանակվելը, ազատ ժամանակ ունենաք՝ անպայման դոկտորական ատենախոսություն գրեք, պարոն Սահակյան...
