Հանրապետության հրապարակում Հռոմի Պապի և Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսի մասնակցությամբ խաղաղության աղոթքի և էկումենիկ արարողության ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անունից Հռոմի Պապը նվեր ստացավ Նոյան Տապանի մանրակերտ:

Մանրակերտը դրված է Սիսն ու Մա սիսը պատկերող քանդակի վրա:

Մանրակերտի մեջ որթատունկ էր լցրած, որի վրա Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսն ու Հռոմի Ֆրանցիսկոս Պապը սափորով ջուր և հող լցրեցին: Մինչ այդ, Հռոմի Պապի և Վեհափառ Հայրապետի սափորները ջրով և հողով լցրել էին երեխաները, որոնք անցել էին կարմիր գորգի վրայով:
