 Հունիսի 27-ին ուժի մեջ Է մտել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում (ԵԱՏՄ) փոխադրամիջոցի պասպորտի (փոխադրամիջոցի շասսիի պասպորտի), ինքնագնաց մեքենայի եւ տեխնիկայի այլ տեսակների պասպորտի միասնական ձեւերի սահմանման եւ Էլեկտրոնային պասպորտների համակարգի կազմակերպման համաձայնագիրը:

Փաստաթուղթը պատրաստել Է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի տեխնիկական կարգավորման եւ լիազորագրման դեպարտամենտը՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության պետական լիազոր մարմինների եւ գործարար կառույցների հետ համատեղ:      

Ինչպես հայտնել են ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, փաստաթղթի՝ ուժի մեջ մտնելը նշանակում Է, որ Միությունում ստեղծված են արդյունավետ պայմաններ ավտոմոբիլային, գյուղատնտեսական, ճանապարհաշինարարական եւ այլ տեսակների տեխնիկայի ազատ շրջանառության համար: Միութենական պետություններում սկսում Է գործել փոխադրամիջոցների (փոխադրամիջոցների շասսիների պասպորտների), ինքնագնաց եւ այլ մեքենաների Էլեկտրոնային պասպորտների ձեւակերպման միասնական կարգ: Փոխադրամիջոցների տերերի համար համապատասխան ընթա ցակարգերն Էապես պարզեցվում են ավտոմեքենաների տեղափոխման,  առք ու վաճառքի եւ անվաթրթուրավոր օբյեկտների հետ կապված այլ գործողությունների դեպքում:

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի՝ 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 22-ի որոշման՝ գործող խմբագրվածքի համաձայն՝ Էլեկտրոնային պասպորտների ձեւակերպման սահուն անցում ապահովելու համար  սահմանված են անցումային դրույթներ: Դրանք նախատեսում են թղթե պասպորտների ձեւակերպման հնարավորություն, որտեղ դա սահմանված Է ԵԱՏՄ-ի պետությունների ազգային օրենսդրությամբ՝ փոխադրամիջոցների (շասսիների) նկատմամբ՝ մինչեւ 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ը, ինքնագնաց մեքենաների նկատմամբ՝ մինչեւ 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ը:
