Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանը վերընտրվեց ԳԱԱ նախագահի պաշտոնում

ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայում հունիսի 27-ին մեկնարկեցին ՀՀ ԳԱԱ-ի կառավարման մարմինների՝ նախագահի, փոխնախագահի, ակադեմիկոս-քարտուղարի ընտրությունները: ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ընդհանուր ժողովին 159 հոգուց մասնակցեց 135-ը:

Ակադեմիկոս Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանի թեկնածությունն առաջադրեց ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ակադեմիկոս Վլադիմիր Բարխուդարյանը: Արդյունքում  Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանը վերընտրվեց ՀՀ ԳԱԱ-ի նախագահի պաշտոնում: Քվեարկությանը մասնակցեց 129-ը հոգի, որից 108-ը կողմ քվեարկեց Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանի թեկնածությանը, 19-ը՝ դեմ,  2-ի քվեաթերթիկը ճանաչվեց անվավեր: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Տեղեկատվական-վերլուծական կենտրոնից:

ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահի ընտրությունների արդյունքների հրապարակումից հետո ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահ Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանը ՀՀ ԳԱԱ փոխնախագահի պաշտոնում առաջադրեց ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ակադեմիկոս Յուրի Շուքուրյանի, իսկ ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ակադեմիկոս-քարտուղարի պաշտոնում՝ ՀՀ ԳԱԱ թղթակից անդամ Հրանտ Մաթևոսյանի թեկնածությունը, ովքեր վերընտրվեցին իրենց պաշտոններում:

Իր ելույթում ակադեմիկոս Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանը մասնավորապես ասաց. «Մեզ հաջողվեց ձեզ հետ միասին  ստեղծել 5 գիտական կենտրոններ, որտեղ ընդգրկվեցին նաև այլ գերատեսչությունների կազմում գտնվող կարևոր ինստիտուտներ: …Հաջորդ հարցը տնօրենների սերնդափոխությունն էր, և մենք ունեցանք տնօրենների մի սերունդ, որ փայլուն դրսևորեց իրեն, և այսօր գիտության դրական միտումը պայմանավորված է այդ տնօրենների նվիրված աշխատանքով ևս: … 2011թ-ին ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց «Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը, որով ստեղծեց   իրավական դաշտ ԳԱԱ-ի համար: Դրա հիման վրա ստեղծվեց ԳԱԱ կանոնադրությունը, որով մենք առաջնորդվում ենք: … Կարևոր քայլ էր ՀՀ ԳԱԱ համակարգում արտասահմանյան անդամների ինստիտուտի ստեղծումը, ինչի հաշվին  մեկ տարվա  ընթացքում 50-ից ավելի ծրագրերում մասնակցեցին սփյուռքահայ գիտնականներ»:

Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանը նաև կարևորեց սոցիալական խնդիրները՝ նշելով միջին աշխատավարձի բարձրացումը մինչև 100 000 դրամ, ակադեմիայի աշխատակիցների համար նախատեսված սոցիալական փաթեթը, երիտասարդ գիտնականների համար իրականացված բնակարանաշինությունը, որը շարունակվում է, գիտաշխատողների համար երկարացված արձակուրդի վերադարձը, գիտական աստիճանի համար տրվող հավելավճարների ավելացումը և այլն:

Որպես գալիք տարիների համար Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի գործունեության  ուղենիշեր Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանը նշեց. «Առաջին ուղենիշը մեր հիմնարար հետազոտությունների արդիականացումն է: Մյուսը կիրառական հետազոտությունների ինտենսիվացումն է և այնպիսի աշխատանքներ, որոնք տալիս են ռեալ արդյունք հատկապես երկրի պաշտպանության համար: Մյուսը գիտական ակտիվության չափանիշների և գիտական ակտիվության գնահատականների համակարգի ներդրումն է, որը աշխարհում արդեն կատարվում է:

Սոցիալական հարցերը պետք է լինեն մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Ընդհանուր աշխատավարձի բարձրացում պետք է լինի, պետք լուծում ստանա  գիտական աստիճանի հավելավճարները թոշակին միացնելու հարցը, պետք է բարելավվեն մեր աշխատանքային պայմանները և տեխնիկական բազան: Մենք ունենք նոր հնարավորություններ, որոնք ստեղծված են միջազգային համագործակցության համար, մասնավորապես, «Հորիզոն 2020» միջազգային ծրագիրը հնարավորություն կընձեռնի մեզ լրացուցիչ միջոցներ ստանալ»:
