 Քուվեյթում իր առաքելությունն ավարտելու կապակցությամբ հունիսի 28-ին ՀՀ դեսպան Ֆադեյ Չարչօղլյանին ընդունեց Քուվեյթի Պետության էմիր Շեյխ Սաբահ Ալ-Ահմադ Ալ-Ջաբել Ալ Սաբահը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրին` Ալ Սաբահը գոհունակություն հայտնեց բարեկամ Հայաստանի հետ ունեցած հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակի և ակտիվ համագործակցության առնչությամբ:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության և բարեմաղթանքների համար` դեսպան Չարչօղլյանն իր երախտագիտությունը հայտնեց Քուվեյթի Պետությանը և Էմիր Սաբահ Ալ Սաբահին` դեսնանությանը ցուցաբերվող մշտական աջակցության, ինչպես նաև տեղի հայ համայնքի հանդեպ հոգատար վերաբերմունքի համար: Քուվեյթում Հայաստանի դեսպանն իր խոսքում առանձնահատուկ կարևորեց նաև Հայաստանում ապաստանած սիրիահայերին Քուվեյթի Պետության կողմից ցուցաբերված օժանդակությունը:

Նույն օրը դեսպան Չարչօղլյանին ընդունեց Քուվեյթի Պետության վարչապետ Շեյխ Ջաբեր Ալ-Մուբարաք Ալ-Համադ Ալ Սաբահը:

Ողջունելով հյուրին` Քուվեյթի Պետության վարչապետը կարևորեց Հայաստանի հետ տարբեր ոլորտներում առկա ակտիվ համագործակցությունը` այդ համատեքստում ընգծելով փոխայցելությունների նշանակալի դերակատարությունը: Երկուստեք կարևորվեց հարաբերությունների համակողմանի խորացմանն ուղղված ջանքերի առավել ակտիվացումը:

Քուվեյթի Պետության վարչապետը նշեց նաև, որ դեսպանության հիմնումից ի վեր նկատելի ակտիվացել են հայ-քուվեյթյան գործարար շփումները, և Հայաստանը քուվեյթական գործարար շրջանակների համար մեծ հետաքրքրություն է ներկայացնում:
