«Հետաքրքիր է՝ Ռուաստանի ո՞ր գերատեսչությունում են անցկացնում Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի անդամների ընտրության մրցույթը: Երևի՝ Կրեմլի վարչություններից որևէ մեկում, գուցե ԱԳՆ-ում, հնարավոր է՝ Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունում՝ հաշվի առնելով այն վարունգ-պոմիդորային կարգավիճակը, որին վերջերս Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հավասարեցրեց հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները: Թե կոնկրետ որտե՞ղ են անցկացվում այդ մրցույթները, դժվար է ասել:

Բայց որ անցկացվում են՝ հաստատ: Իսկ եթե անգամ չեն անցկացվում, ապա ռուսական համապատասխան կառույցները Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտի ներկայացուցիչներին ներշնչել են, որ անցկացվում են: Ու հայ քաղաքական մտքի տիտանները, իրականում՝ անմտության «պրովոլկաները», ջանք, եռանդ, քծնանք, արժանապատվություն ու մնացյալը չեն խնայում՝ ժյուրիի իրական կամ ենթադրյալ ռուս անդամներին ցույց տալու, որ հատկապես իրենք, մասնավորապես իրենք, հաստատապես իրենք ու անձնապես իրենք են այն միակը, որ անվերապահորեն առաջ կտանեն Ռուսաստանի շահը, ցանկացած շահը՝ հայոց խորհրդարանում և ցանկացած այլ վայրում:

Հիմա դա նրանք անում են Ռուսաստանի հետ Հակաօդային միասնական պաշտպանական (ՀՕՊ) համակարգի քննարկումների ժամանակ, երեկ արել են Հայաստանը ԵՏՄ խցկելու ակտի առթիվ, վաղն անելու են Հայաստանից մնացած որևէ բան կամ ընդհանրապես Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանին հանձնելու կապակցությամբ: Անելու են՝ ռուսական գուբերնիական կլուբի վերածված Հայաստանի խորհրդարանում Ռուսաստանին քծնելու իրավունքից չզրկվելու համար… Հայաստանում քաղաքականությունը հավասարվել է Ռուսաստանին ստորաքարշության շնորհանդեսի, Հայաստանում քաղաքական գործիչները մրցակցում են ոչ թե՝ ընտրողների ձայներին արժանանալու, հասարակության վստահությունը ստանալու, այլ՝ որևէ ռուս կուրատորի աչքից չվրիպելու համար՝ իրենց պայքարի անմնացորդությամբ դժվարին կացության մեջ դնելով այդ կուրատորին:

Պատկերացնել կարելի է միայն՝ ինչպե՞ս է նա տարբերելու՝ ո՞ւմ ձայնի տոնայնությունն էր ավելի հուզիչ ու հոգեթով՝ Ռուսաստանի անփոխարինելիության մասին ներբողների ժամանակ՝ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի՞, թե՞ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանի, իսկ գուցե Խոսրով Հարությունյանի՞…»,-գրում է թերթը:
