Սեւծովյան տնտեսական համագործակցության Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի (ՍԾՏՀ-ի ԽՎ) երկրները Մոսկվայում ընթացող Գլխավոր ասամբլեայում համատեղ հայտարարություն են ընդունել՝ կոչ անելով միավորել ջանքերը ահաբեկչության դեմ մղվող պայքարում: Փաստաթուղթն ստորագրել են նիստին մասնակցող բոլոր պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարն երը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին:

«Մենք պետք Է միավորենք բոլոր երկրների ու ժողովուրդների ջանքերը եւ աջակցենք ահաբեկչական գործողություններից տուժած պետություններին այդ չարիքի դեմ պայքարում, որը հանցագործություն Է մարդկության դեմ»,-ասված Է փաստաթղթում: «Մենք հայտարարում ենք ահաբեկչության դեմ համատեղ պայքարը շարունակելու պատրաստակամության մասին դրա բոլոր ձեւերով ու դրսեւորումներով»,-ընդգծվում Է հայտարարության մեջ:

ՍԾՏՀ-ի ԽՎ-ում ազգային պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարները վերստին ցավակցություն են հայտնել «հունիսի 28-ին Ստամբուլի միջազգային օդանավակայանում կատարված հրեշավոր ահաբեկչական գործողության» հետեւանքով զոհվածների հարազատներին ու մերձավորներին:

ՍԾՏՀ ԽՎ-ի 47-րդ Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի միջոցառումները հունիսի 28-ից մինչեւ 30-ն անցկացվում են Մոսկվայում: Ռուսաստանը նստաշրջանն ընդունում Է որպես նախագահող երկիր: 

Մոսկվայում ընթացող վեհաժողովի միջոցառումներին մասնակցում են Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի, Ալբանիայի, Բուլղարիայի, Հունաստանի, Մոլդովայի, Ռուսաստանի, Ռումինիայի, Սերբիայի եւ Թուրքիայի տասն ազգային պատվիրակություններ, ինչպես նաեւ Ֆրանսիայի՝ որպես դիտորդ երկրի եւ ինը միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ: Նստաշրջանին հրաժարվել են մասնակցել Վրաստանի եւ Ուկրաինայի պատվիրակությունները:
