 Թուրքական Անթալիայի Քեմեր հանգստավայրի գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավար Մուստաֆա Գյուլը հանդես է եկել ռուսաստանյան Սու-24 ռմբակոծիչի սպանված օդաչու Օլեգ Պեշկովի ընտանիքին բնակարան նվիրելու առաջարկով:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով թուրքական ԶԼՄ-ները, Մուստաֆա Գյուլի կարծիքով` իրենց այդ առաջարկը «կօգնի Ռուսաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի միջեւ հարաբերությունների վերականգնմանը»:

ՏԱՍՍ-ը հայտնել է, որ Անթալիայում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հյուպատոս Ալեքսանդր Տոլստոպյատենկոն հաստատել է հարցի առնչությամբ Քեմերի քաղաքապետ Մուստաֆա Գյուլի հետ մամուլի համար փակ հանդիպում ունենալու մասին տեղեկատվությունը:

«Իսկապես, նախօրեին ես ընդունել եմ Քեմերի քաղաքապետ Մուստաֆա Գյուլի գլխավորությամբ պատվիրակությանը: Այդ քաղաքի իշխանությունները ցանկություն են հայտնել տուն նվիրել զոհված օդաչուի հարազատներին», -ասել է նա:

Ներկա դրությամբ այդ հարցով որոշում դեռեւս ընդունված չէ: Հայտնի չէ նաեւ, արդյոք Սու-24-ի զոհված օդաչուի ընտանիքը կընդունի՞ այդ «փոխհատուցումը», թե ոչ:

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանն օրերս նամակ էր հղել ՌԴ-ի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին, որում Պեշկովի սպանության հետ կապված ներողություն էր խնդրել նրա ընտանիքից: Թուրքական կողմը հայտարարել էր, որ օդաչուի սպանության եւ ինքնաթիռի խոցման համար փոխհատուցում չի վճարելու:

ՌԴ-ի եւ Թուրքիայի միջեւ հարաբերությունները հայտնվել են ճգնաժամում այն բանից հետո, երբ 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ին թուրքական F-16 կործանիչը Սիրիայում խոցել է ռուսաստանյան Սու-24 ռմբակոծիչին: ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը դա անվանել է «հարված թիկունքից» ահաբեկիչների հանցակիցների կողմից: Միջադեպից հետո ՌԴ նախագահը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման գծով միջոցառումների եւ Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ հատուկ տնտեսական միջոցառումների մասին:

Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարները հայտարարել են, որ թուրք-ռուսական հարաբերությունները վերականգնելու մասին հնարավոր կլինի խոսել միայն այն բանից հետո, եթե Թուրքիայի ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը պաշտոնապես ներողություն խնդրի Մոսկվայից եւ փոխհատուցի խոցված ռուսաստանյան ինքնաթիռի եւ ուղղաթիռի անձնակազմերի ընտանիքներին:
