ԱՄՆ անկախության օրվա առթիվ վարչապետն այցելել է Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանություն

Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների անկախության օրվա առթիվ այցելել է Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանություն: Կառավարության ղեկավարը շնորհավորել է դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլսին, դեսպանության աշխատակիցներին և Միացյալ Նահանգների բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ ԱՄՆ անկախության 240-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, շնորհավորական ուղերձում վարչապետը, մասնավորապես, նշել է. 

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանկառավարության և անձամբ իմ անունից շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ, պարո՛ն դեսպան, դեսպանության աշխատակիցներին և Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ Անկախության տոնի կապակցությամբ:

Մենք մեծապես կարևորում ենք Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ մեր բարեկամությունը, և ուրախ ենք, որ համատեղ ջանքերով երկկողմ գործընկերությունը բարձրացրել ենք որակապես նոր մակարդակի:Ամերիկյան ժողովուրդը խորապես արժևորում է այս տոնը, քանի որ ոչ միայն նվաճել է իր անկախությունը գաղութատիրական կարգերի դեմ պայքարելով, այլև կիսում է այն արժեքները, որոնք նշված են ԱՄՆ անկախության հռչակագրում: Այդ արժեքները համամարդկային են և կարևոր էին ոչ միայն 240 տարի առաջ, այլ նաև այժմ:Հայ ժողովուրդը ևս իր անկախության հռչակումը սկսել է այդ սկզ բունքներին հավատարմություն հաստատելով:

Մենք երախտապարտ ենք ԱՄՆ կառավարությանը և ժողովրդին՝ Հայաստանի անկախացումից ի վեր ցուցաբերած մարդասիրական և տեխնիկական անգնահատելի օժանդակության համար: Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներն առաջին երկիրն է, որ դեսպանություն հիմնեց Հայաստանում: Արդեն 25 տարի շարունակվում է հայ-ամերիկյան միջպետական համագործակցությունը: Այսօր մենք ԱՄՆ-ի հետ ունենք համագործակցության հարուստ օրակարգ` երկխոսություն միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության հարցերով, սեր տ համագործակցություն տնտեսության և ժողովրդավարության զարգացման, պաշտպանության և էներգետիկ ոլորտներում: ՀՀ կառավարությունը մեծապես կարևորում է Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ ամերիկյան ներգրավման ընդլայնումը, և մենք լիահույս ենք, որ մեր տնտեսական համագործակցությունը կթևակոխի նոր փուլ: Հայ-ամերիկյան համագործակցությանը մեծապես նպաստում են նաև ԱՄՆ-ում բնակվող մեր հայրենակիցները, ովքեր ոչ միայն իրենց ներդրումն են ունենում Միացյալ Նահանգների քաղաքական, տնտեսական և մշակութային կյանքում, այլև անգնահատելի ավանդ ունեն մեր երկու ժողովուրդների միջև բարեկամության հաստատման և ամրապնդման գործում:  

Հայաստանը բարձր է գնահատում Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների` որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրի, շարունակական աջակցությունը` ուղղված ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանը: ԱՄՆ դիրքորոշումը զինադադարի խախտումները հետաքննող մեխանիզմների ներդրման և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի թիմի ընդլայնման հարցում կարևոր է հակամարտության հետագա սրման բացառման և խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի շարունակման համար: Մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում ԱՄՆ կառավարության կողմից ներդրվող միջնորդական ջանքերը և ակնկալում, որ դրանք առավելագույնս կնպաստեն տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության պահպանմանը:

Ավարտելով խոսքս՝ կրկին շնորհավորում եմ Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների ողջ ժողովրդին Անկախության օրվա առիթով՝ մաղթելով խաղաղություն և բարօրություն, իսկ մեր երկու ժողովուրդներին՝ հարատև բարեկամություն»:
