Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա քննչական բաժնում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում հունիսի 27-ին Երևանում տեղի ունեցած ինքնասպանության փաստով:

Այդ օրը, ժամը 22:10-ի սահմաններում «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին հայտնել են, որ գանգուղեղային վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի, ով կարճ ժամանակ անց գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է: 

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Զոհրաբյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել են նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիայի բաժնի քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Թորոսյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Պարզվել է, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 21:10-ի սահմաններում Վերֆելի փողոցի թիվ 18 տանը իր մոտ եղած «Մակարով» տիպի 9 մմ տրամաչափի ատրճանակով ինքնասպանություն է գործել 61-ամյա Ռաֆիկ Սահակյանը: 

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ Ռ. Սահակյանի կինը և երեխաները բնակվում են Միացյալ Նահանգներում, իսկ ինքնասպանությունից մի քանի ժամ առաջ նա հողին է հանձնել մոր աճյունը:



Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները առգրավել են նաև ատրճանակն ու փամփշտակալը, որի մեջ կային պարկուճներ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
