 Հուլիսի 5-ին` Պետական խորհրդանշանների օրվա առթիվ, Երևանում կանցկացվի տոնական միջոցառում: Այն կազմակերպում է «Մենք» պետական եւ ազգային արժեքների հանրահռչակման հիմնադրամը: Հիմնադրամի հիմնադիր և գլխավոր տնօրեն Պավել Սարգսյանը «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին նշեց, որ հիմնական ն պատակն է երիտասարդներին, պատանիներին, հասարակության լայն զանգվածներին համախմբել պետական խորհրդանշանների շուրջ:

Տոնակատարությունն սկսվելու է Ազատության հրապարակում:

Ժամը 18:00-ին մեկնարկելու է եռագույն օդապարիկի բացթողման արարողությունը, որին հաջորդելու են տարբեր խմբերի կատարումներ, այնուհետև բացվելու են Հայաստանի ու Արցախի երկու մեծ եռագույն դրոշները: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դրոշը կունենա 125 մ, Արցախի Հանրապետության դրոշը՝ 100 մետր երկարություն:

Ժամը 19:00-ին Մաշտոցի պողոտայից կմեկնարկի տոնական քայլերթը: Մասնակիցները կանցնեն Ամիրյան փողոցով, այնուհետև կմտնեն Հանրապետության Հրապարակ, նախկին ԱԳՆ-ի շենքի մոտով` Աբովյան փողոցով, կբարձրանան դեպի Թումանյան փողոց, այնուհետև կմտնեն Ազատության հրապարակ: Այնտեղ ելույթներ կունենան ՊՆ, Ոստիկանության նվագախմբերը, կլինի համերգային ծրագիր, որով էլ կավարտվի միջոցառումը: Քայլերթի ընթացքում նշված ուղղություններով ճանապարհները փակ են լինելու:

«Մեզ մոտ պետական խորհրդանշանների նկատմամբ դեռ չկա պատշաճ մշակույթ: Նման միջոցառումների կազմակերպումը նպատակ ունի նպաստել այդ մշակույթի ձևավորմանը, պետական խորհրդանշաններն արժևորելուն, գնահատելուն»,-ասաց Պավել Սարգսյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ հիմնականում պետական խորհրդանշաններն օգտագործում են պետական կառույցները, և հենց դրանց գործունեությունում է  շտկումների անհրաժեշտություն եղել: «Խնդիրներ եղել են` սկսած պետական դրոշի ոչ պատշաճ ներկայացումից, վերջացրած զինանշանի` օրենքին ոչ համապատասխան տարբերակների կիրառմամբ: Նկատվել են դրոշի գունային երանգների խախտումներ, մարզերում դեպքեր են եղել, երբ գունաթափված դրոշներ են ներկայացվել»,-ասաց Պավել Ավետիսյանը: Նա նշեց, որ մշակվել է պետական դրոշի և զինանշանի ստանդարտ, որով էլ պետք է առաջնորդվեն պետական կառույցներ ը: Ամեն դեպքում, ըստ Պավել Ավետիսյանի, ստանդարտը կա, սակայն պետական խորհրդանշանների կիրառման գործընթացը վերահսկող օղակն է բացակայում:
