Արիստակեսյանը նշեց, որ շուկայում խախտումները բազմաթիվ են. «Բոլորս ենք տեսել, թե ինչպես են հավերի փաթեթավորման վրա մի քանի պիտակ փակցնում: Պոկում ես մեկը, դրա տակ տեսնում մյուսը՝ հին ամսաթվով: Բացի այդ, հավերին ներարկում են ջուր պահող նյութեր, որը տանը՝ լվանալուց հետո, ուղղակի դուրս է գալիս, հավը չափերով զգալի փոքրանում է: Ինչ վերաբերում է հավերի կերերին, ապա դրանց մեջ կան գենափոխված եգիպտացորենի հատիկներ: Սա իրենից լուրջ խնդիր է ներկայացնում»:

Մ. Արիստակեսյանը կոչ է անում հավ գնելուց առաջ ստուգում անցկացնել անձեռոցիկով. եթե անձեռոցիկը հավին հպելուց հետո վարդագույն երանգ ստանա, ուրեմն՝ այն հոտազերծելու համար կալիումի պերմանգանատի (մարգանցովկա) լուծույթ է օգտագործվել:
